As for the Phase I of Line R6 (namely the Branch Line 17), the Municipal Major Project Office recently stated that all relevant departments are studying and promoting the Phase I project of Line R6 in accordance with relevant regulations and requirements.

In January this year, the integrated planning scheme of Phase III of Line 7 was publicly announced. The Phase III of Line 7 is about 6.4 kilometers in total, adopting underground laying mode, with 4 stations in total, all of which are newly built stations.

All the 4 stations of the Phase III of Line 7 are transfer stations. Among them, the Military Museum Station is currently a transfer station for Line 1 and Line 9 of the subway. After the introduction of Line 7 in the future, it will become a three-line subway transfer station. The Hangtianqiao Station is not

a station of other existing operational subway lines at present, but there were previous news that it is a station on the western section of the planned Line 3, so it will also become a transfer station of Line 7 in the future.

The Huayuanqiao Station will be the transfer station between Line 7 and the subway Line 6 in the future. The final stop Wanshousi Station will also become a transfer station for Line 16 and Line 7 in the future.

According to the comparison and selection announcement released yesterday, in the basic information of the Phase III of Line 7, except for the total length of about 6.5 kilometers (100 meters longer than that in the planning scheme), there are no other changes, indicating that the planning of this line has been basically stable.

The comparison and selection announcement requires that the balance plan should include the investment demand estimation, fund raising scheme, available land resource sorting, land revenue estimation, fund balance estimation and other contents. All the deliverables shall be submitted and pass the quality inspection of the municipal and national competent authorities before the end of October this year.

Compared with the Phase III of Line 7, the progress of the Phase I of Line R6 is much slower, which is largely related to the previous disputes over the line alignment and station setting.

The Phase I of Line R6 has received high public attention, and a large number of citizens have inquired about this line.

In response, the Municipal Major Project Office replied that in accordance with relevant requirements, all relevant departments in the city are studying and promoting the Phase I project of Line R6 in accordance with relevant regulations and requirements.
