On October 30, at the first "Technology Open Day and AI Product Launch Conference" held by Weimeng, it officially launched Weimeng WIME, an intelligent efficiency-enhancing tool for small, medium and micro e-commerce enterprises, operations, and individual designers.

Different from Weimeng WAI Pro, an enterprise-level AI application solution released at the end of June, WIME is for the TOC market. Coupled with Weimeng WAI's previous layout in the two core businesses of SaaS and marketing, the company has laid out AI application implementation from four dimensions.

"Weimeng's AI product matrix has been verified in multiple business scenarios and real customer applications, showing good commercial application potential," said Sun Taoyong, Chairman and CEO of Weimeng Group. "In the future, with the layout of WAI Pro and WIME, Weimeng will further explore the incremental market, commit to covering a wider range of market demands, and boost the intelligent transformation of enterprises and small and micro individuals."

Currently, with the acceleration of the global AI technology race, Agentic AI is continuously penetrating various industries. Gartner predicts that Agentic AI ranks first in the top ten strategic technology trends in 2025. By 2028, 15% of daily decisions will be made independently by AI Agents, and Agentic AI may become the next disruptive technological wave.

Therefore, Agentic AI has also become an important exploration direction for Weimeng's AI applications.

Up to now, based on the in-depth application of more than 10 large models, Weimeng has launched 15 kinds of AI Agents, covering 58 business scenarios from store construction to private domain operation, and building intelligent teams for multiple business scenarios of enterprises. At the same time, the marketing version of Weimeng WAI Pro helps Weimeng marketing achieve an average operational efficiency improvement of 20%-30% in multiple scenarios.

Taking the e-commerce industry served by Weimeng as an example, the 14 most main employees involved in the traditional e-commerce industry can be completed by the corresponding "Agentic AI digital employees + humans". Compared with the limitation of the traditional method that mainly relies on "the number of people" and "human efficiency" to drive efficiency improvement, the new collaboration model of "humans + Agent" can achieve further cost reduction and efficiency improvement in the e-commerce industry.

Specifically, Weimeng WAI already has a total of 15 AI Agent product matrices including "System Customer Service, Product Selector, Designer, Merchant Assistant, Mall Operation, Decoration Expert, Marketing and Promotion Planning, Event Operation, Short Video Operation, Live Stream Operation, Member Operation, Multi-channel Operation, Commodity Operation, Shopping Guide Assistant, and Data Consultant". Since the marketing and promotion Agent team was launched in June, it has been equipped to more than 320 SaaS customers and provided them with multiple suggestions for major promotions, implementation, and system configuration. Taking the construction Agent team to assist "opening an online store" as an example, the Agent can complete the entire process of "basic configuration, product listing, and store decoration" for new store launches in just 2 minutes.

Qiu Haoping, the person in charge of Weimeng AI, further explains the functions of AI Agents. Compared with AI tools, AI Agents have the ability of independent insight, decision-making, and tool scheduling. When customers don't know how to operate various systems to meet their needs, the Agent will automatically help them find the appropriate solution and execute it; the Agent can also integrate multiple functions. For example, the Agent we call "Commodity Operation" includes a series of steps and operations such as extracting commodity information, writing commodity titles, generating detailed commodity descriptions, and entering them into the system; multiple Agents can also cooperate with each other to form team collaboration and completion, rather than a simple stacking of individual functions.

In practical applications, the cooperation between Weimeng WAI and PhM Huaxi Fama has enabled Huaxi Fama to achieve rapid generation of community copy and efficient output of mall designs in private domain operations, with an efficiency improvement of 3 times; in new media operations, through one-click paraphrasing and efficient writing, the consistency of brand tone is ensured, and the overall efficiency is improved by 80%; and in the operation of major promotion activities, the intelligent generation and implementation of the plan and the analysis of multi-dimensional activity data have reduced the overall cost by 60%, significantly improving the operational flexibility and response speed.

In the past, Weimeng adhered to the "big customer" strategy, and WIME is its expansion of customers to small and medium-sized e-commerce groups.

WIME has multi-modal creative capabilities and can provide full-link efficiency improvement from commercial shooting, material design to marketing promotion. WIME has a large number of industry templates that can be used with one click, and also has the "image imitation" ability, covering multiple scenarios such as image-to-image generation, text-to-image generation, and text-to-text generation. WIME can also conduct best-selling product paraphrasing, batch output of graphics and text, and inspire merchants' inspiration, generating content materials that match different channels according to the merchants' style.

From the implementation of WIME, after only two months of its launch, the user registration volume of WIME in September increased by 149% month-on-month, and the payment rate increased by 160% month-on-month. In addition, some superior functions are also attracting merchants to pay. For example, the upgrade of the commodity marketing poster capability has increased the merchant payment rate by 441%.

Qiu Haoping believes that large customers will be more cautious in using AI Agents. In various job roles with dedicated staff, it is necessary to carefully analyze and understand their decision-making basis and the toolset that needs to be called. The link will be longer and the tool range will be larger. And WAI and WIME can be used as a sample of Agent implementation to show to large customers, allowing them to see more uses of AI and be willing to invest more resources to implement AI.

At present, according to Sun Taoyong, after the AI Agent was launched in July 2024, the monthly active customers of Weimeng WAI SaaS version increased by 74% month-on-month, and the accuracy rate of the WAI assistant's answers to system questions was as high as 82.5%. At the same time, after the Agent team was launched, compared with Q2, the usage of WAI in the SaaS new customer delivery period in Q3 increased by 217.7%, and the AI commercialization revenue increased by 237%. The renewal rate of small and medium-sized merchants using WAI in 2024 reached 75%.
