YanCheng Assistant launches affordable pure-vision AI digital employees, seeking angel financing

AI takes over repetitive work for people, making digital employees affordable for ordinary users. The Yancheng Assistant launched by Guangzhou Yancheng Intelligence is tapping into the long-tail incremental market of personal AI services with its pure-vision Computer Use Agent technology. Currently, its recruitment assistance functions for entrepreneurs and HR personnel have been fully developed, and the project is seeking targeted promotion support and angel round financing.

Repetitive labor is an invisible burden for every ordinary person. Job seekers submit resumes in bulk across platforms one by one, freelancers migrate content across different platforms, content creators collect public opinion information by traversing various sites, and small and medium-sized entrepreneurs manually screen resumes. These low-value, high-frequency cross-system operations could only be solved by large enterprises with expensive automation tools in the past. Traditional RPA relies on API interfaces and script modification, featuring complex deployment and high pricing, which is completely beyond the affordability of individuals and small & medium-sized startup teams. The general Computer Use Agent products launched by large technology companies mostly cover mainstream office software, and cannot effectively support personal long-tail scenarios and closed systems such as recruitment websites. In response to this market pain point, Liang Hailong, who has over 10 years of experience in technical team management and has started multiple businesses in a row, incubated the Yancheng Assistant project after years of continuous AI entrepreneurship, hoping that every ordinary person can have their own AI digital employee at an affordable cost.

From project conception to product launch, the Yancheng Assistant team has gradually polished the product based on the pure-vision technology route: first, it confirmed the core direction of pure visual perception that does not require interface docking, then completed the construction of the full engineering pipeline from automatic website map modeling, GUI positioning to flexible exception handling, and finally landed in three core scenarios: individual job seekers, recruiters and content creators. Among them, the recruitment screening assistance function for entrepreneurs and HR personnel has been fully developed, and three representative customers have entered the stable use stage at present. In the process of project advancement, the biggest challenge for the team comes from customer acquisition through promotion. At present, the team is breaking through the dilemma with the idea of product-driven growth, reducing the customer acquisition threshold by relying on free trials and social fission.

Compared with traditional automation tools and general Agent products from large manufacturers, the technological and model innovations of Yancheng Assistant are clear and tangible: it adopts a pure visual perception solution, which does not require any interface docking or code modification, can understand any software interface like a real person, complete the whole process operations such as clicking, inputting, sorting and verifying, and has built a flexible exception handling mechanism. When encountering exceptions such as pop-up windows and page version updates, it will not directly interrupt the task, but can automatically degrade and roll back to ensure 7×24 hours of autonomous operation. It also supports auditable operations and manual confirmation at key nodes, which can ensure data security even in recruitment scenarios where personal information is highly sensitive. At present, Yancheng Assistant has launched a pay-per-use model for individual users, with the hourly wage of the AI digital employee being less than 1 yuan. New users can enjoy 50 hours of free trial quota, pay only for what they use, with no subscription threshold or seat fee, which is almost zero-threshold for small and medium-sized startup teams and individual HR personnel.

From the perspective of industry trends, AI Agent is in a period of explosive growth. According to market research predictions, the compound annual growth rate of China's enterprise agent market will reach 80.5% from 2025 to 2030. Data from Grand View Research shows that the compound annual growth rate of the global AI Agents market will also reach 49.6% from 2026 to 2033. Gartner predicts that by 2030, enterprise software spending will be reshaped by agents, and the personal long-tail scenarios ignored by all enterprise-level products are exactly the core opportunity of Yancheng Assistant. For the recruitment scenario, small and medium-sized startup teams, individual recruitment consultants and small HR teams often do not have enough budget to purchase enterprise-level recruitment automation tools, and the low-cost pay-per-use model of Yancheng Assistant perfectly matches this demand, with a broad market space.

Yancheng Assistant is currently seeking angel round financing of 3 to 5 million RMB, with 10% to 15% of the equity to be transferred. The funds will be mainly used for user growth and content marketing, product R&D and engineering, to support the project's development for 12 to 18 months. The goal is to achieve the milestones of 10,000 registered users, no less than 2% paid conversion rate, and over 1 million monthly views of the content matrix within 12 months. In the future, it will gradually expand three second growth curves: pay-by-result model, UGC scenario template marketplace, and open API for individual developers. The long-term goal is to accumulate 10 million registered users by 2030, and build a personal-oriented AI automation infrastructure.

Founders of startups that have been using the product stably feedback that in the past, the team spent two to three hours a day screening resumes when recruiting, and it was easy to miss suitable candidates. After using Yancheng Assistant, AI can automatically traverse recruitment platforms, read candidate information, match job requirements, communicate with candidates about their intentions, and only push candidates that meet the requirements, and even guide candidates to take the initiative to call the CEO. The CEO can save more than three hours every day to focus on core business. The payment of Yancheng Assistant is calculated based on usage, and the monthly cost is only dozens of yuan, which is far lower than hiring a part-time HR, making it very friendly to early-stage startups.

At the financial level, Yancheng Assistant currently adopts the business model of pay-as-you-go recharge consumption. The gross profit margin of per Agent working hour revenue can reach 50% at present. With the decline of the reasoning cost of upstream visual large models, the long-term gross profit margin target will be increased to 80%. The project is still in the angel round financing stage, and the information of financing round, amount and investors has not been finally confirmed.

Liang Hailong, who has been starting businesses continuously for many years, said that in the past, he saw many large enterprise-oriented order models in AI projects, but he always believed that letting AI work for ordinary people and solve the repetitive labor pain points that everyone encounters is something with greater social value. The inflection point of the cost of visual large models has arrived, and the willingness of individual users to pay for saving time is also increasing. This direction is worth devoting efforts to. Now the recruitment assistance product is ready, and startup teams with demands are welcome to contact for experience. We also look forward to partnering with investors who recognize this direction, to liberate more people from repetitive labor.
