Siyina Technology, at the new height of technological development, enables new-type lithium batteries and solid-state batteries to blossom with the glory of technological innovation.
Siyina New Material Technology (Xiong'an) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Siyina Technology) is located in the Xiong'an New Area. It is a high-tech innovative enterprise composed of a scientific research team from Peking University with more than 30 years of relevant research experience. In recent years, it has focused on the R&D and production of key materials for new lithium batteries, and provides overall solutions for the preparation of new solid-state batteries and electrolytes using high-voltage spinel cobalt-free lithium manganate and multi-component composite metal oxide materials. The R&D team once supported all electric buses and taxis operating during the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games and the 2010 Shanghai World Expo with safe, reliable and stable high and low voltage spinel lithium manganate cathode lithium battery power systems, demonstrating the safe, controllable and feasible brand-new electric vehicle technology to the world for the first time.
The company's core technical advantages lie in "battery safety + high energy density + wide temperature range + long service life + manganese-based multi-component composite cathode + explosion-proof and combustion-proof + low-cost manufacturing process + patent certification". The company's chief scientist not only has more than 30 years of experience in lithium battery materials and new lithium battery manufacturing, but the team has also mastered the application technology of new solid-state battery materials and obtained more than 100 patent certifications. Against the background of the flourishing domestic and foreign industry R&D or production optimization schemes for semi-solid and all-solid-state lithium batteries in the future, Siyina Technology will open up the inductance transmission and cognition link with professional technical quality and team collaboration spirit, solve the physical and chemical perception between substances and the organic coupling of new materials in a relatively short time, and realize the finalization of new solid-state battery technology products as soon as possible.
According to relevant reports, the global lithium-ion battery shipment in 2025 is about 2192 GWh, a year-on-year increase of 45%, of which power batteries account for 1335 GWh, energy storage batteries 650 GWh, and consumer batteries 207 GWh. It is expected that the global shipment will exceed 4 TWh in 2028, with a compound annual growth rate of about 22.5% from 2025 to 2028.
The current global penetration rate of new solid-state batteries is still very low, at around 0.1% in 2025, and it is still in the early stage of industrialization. Comprehensive data forecasts that by 2030, the mainstream expectation will be between 4% and 10%. The main reason is that problems such as the solid electrolyte interfacial impedance and material stability of solid-state batteries have not been completely solved, and it is currently in the breakthrough stage from pilot test to pre-mass production; key materials such as sulfide electrolytes need to be produced in an anhydrous and oxygen-free environment, with strict process requirements, and the cost is much higher than that of liquid lithium batteries; the process system of solid-state batteries is very different from that of liquid batteries, and the coating, lamination and packaging links need to be completely reconstructed, resulting in huge investment in production line construction.
What market pain points has Siyina Technology solved?
1. The cathode material has a spinel structure, with fast charging speed; wide temperature range, no performance loss in extreme environments (normal operation from -20℃ to +60℃, solving the problem of power loss in extreme environments)
2. No easy liquid leakage, extremely non-flammable (no easy liquid leakage leading to deflagration under extreme conditions)
3. High voltage and high energy density (30% increase in energy density, solving range anxiety)
4. Abundant manganese resources and low cost (40% reduction in production cost, solving the anxiety of use cost)
5. Improved manufacturing process (50% increase in production capacity year-on-year, breaking the bottleneck of high input and low output)
6. Long cycle charge-discharge battery life
National policy orientation: Clear support for R&D and large-scale application
The national level has clearly supported all-solid-state lithium batteries. The core policy is the "15th Five-Year Plan for the Development of the New Battery Industry" (MIIT Lian Gui [2026] No. 220) jointly issued by seven departments including the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on September 28, 2026. This is the first national-level special plan in China's battery field, which for the first time writes manganese-based cathode materials and all-solid-state batteries into the national timetable, and proposes to "initially realize large-scale application" by 2030. The Announcement No. 20 of 2026 issued by the Ministry of Finance, the General Administration of Customs and the State Taxation Administration stipulates that from September 1, 2026 to December 31, 2028, solid-state batteries are exempt from consumption tax; during the same period, traditional liquid lithium-ion batteries are levied at 2%, and the rate will be raised to 4% from September 1, 2027. On July 1, 2026, the first national standard for automotive solid-state batteries GB/T 43568 was officially implemented, which classifies batteries according to the mass proportion of liquid electrolyte: less than 5% is all-solid-state, 5%–20% is mixed solid-liquid, and more than 20% is liquid, and the use of terms such as "semi-solid-state" and "quasi-solid-state" is prohibited.
Solutions: Relying on the advanced technology of Siyina Technology, with an investment of 100 million to 150 million yuan, first, build a production line with an annual output of 5,000 tons of cathode materials, and at the same time build a laboratory of advanced level: its pre-functions are responsible for the testing and evaluation of raw materials, the testing of chemical and physical properties of product quality, and the technical development of next-generation lithium batteries. Second, raise funds to build large-scale production lines for new lithium batteries and solid-state lithium batteries, targeting the energy storage of clean electric energy, power for electric vehicles, and driving of 3C electronic products.
