The AI-enabled community business digital entrepreneurship project Bilehi - Mobile Street Shopping plans to launch its angel round financing on October 19, 2026, with a planned fundraising of 5 million yuan, and investor negotiation is currently in progress. The capital raised in this round will be mainly used for technology research and development and AI model iteration, market promotion and merchant expansion, team building, and reserving working capital for daily operations. Bilehi - Mobile Street Shopping is positioned as an AI-driven digital service platform for small and micro shops along the street, taking "reconstructing the connection between people and services, empowering the digital ecosystem of community business with AI" as its mission, with the core targeting offline small and micro entities along the street.

The AI-powered community business digital entrepreneurship project, Binglehai - Mobile Street Shopping, is scheduled to launch its angel round of financing on October 19, 2026, with a planned financing amount of 5 million yuan, and investors are currently in the process of being connected. The funds raised in this round will be mainly used for technology R&D and AI model iteration, market promotion and merchant expansion, team building, and reservation of working capital for daily operations.

Binglehai - Mobile Street Shopping is positioned as an AI-driven digital service platform for small and micro shops along the streets. With the mission of "reconstructing the connection between people and services, and empowering the digital ecology of community businesses with AI", it focuses on building an independent and controllable digital online entrance for offline small and micro physical shops along the streets. The platform uses digital twin technology to reproduce offline blocks and stores in a 1:1 real scene, creating an immersive mobile street shopping scene, integrating all-dimensional information such as merchant business hours, preferential activities, and user reviews, to provide C-end users with a complete consumption chain including intelligent search and filtering, optimal shopping route planning, and one-click navigation to the store; at the same time, it provides merchants with digital tools such as one-click costume change for AI models, AIGC marketing content generation, AI intelligent product selection, and user in-store behavior analysis, helping small and micro merchants reduce costs and increase efficiency. At present, the MVP of the project is in the final stage of R&D, the core business chain has been verified, and 50 street-side shops in the Demo landing area have clearly expressed their intention to settle in, covering all categories of catering, retail, and life services, meeting the merchant density requirement for starting the two-sided network effect.

At present, the scale of China's local life service market has exceeded 30 trillion yuan. As the core track for the integration of the digital economy and the real economy, policies continue to promote the digital transformation of physical businesses, and the maturity of technologies such as 5G, AI, big data, and digital twins also provides support for the implementation of scene-based commercial services. However, the current industry generally has the pain point of separation between supply and demand: C-end users cannot grasp the dynamics of surrounding shops in real time, finding stores depends on luck, and decision-making efficiency is low; B-end small and micro shops along the street rely too much on natural passenger flow, with a single customer acquisition channel, high traditional marketing costs and difficult to track effects. Most merchants lack low-cost digital tools and cannot effectively reach potential customers within 3 kilometers around. Existing market players mostly take public domain traffic distribution as the core logic, relying on C-end traffic for arbitrage, and do not sufficiently fit the real business needs of small and micro merchants. Binglehai reversely reconstructs the industry logic. All product designs are centered on serving B-end merchants, no traffic distribution arbitrage, and insists on deeply accompanying merchants to complete digital upgrading, forcing and assisting merchants to carry out standardized operation, optimize products and in-store experience through real-scene shopping, forming a brand new business model of "merchants improving quality, users benefiting, and the ecology forming a positive cycle", filling the gap of in-depth digital services for small and micro shops along the street. AI technology, unique street shopping trajectory and shop dynamic data also build a differentiated competitive barrier.

The core team of the project is composed of veterans in the physical industry and full-time technical experts. Chen Honghai, founder and CEO, has more than 10 years of experience in physical store operation, is well versed in the operation pain points and actual needs of small and micro shops along the streets, has led the completion of project product definition, early-stage merchant expansion and intention signing of demonstration streets, and is responsible for the company's overall strategic planning, merchant trust system construction and external financing. Jin Tianhao, co-founder and CTO, holds a master's degree in human-computer interaction from the University of Edinburgh, and is currently a PhD candidate in VR and computer technology at Erasmus University Rotterdam. As a full-time technical partner, he independently completed the core function development of the Demo mini-program, and is responsible for the overall architecture design of the project's real-scene map, digital twin and background system. The technical route is completely independent and controllable, which completes the core puzzle of the team's technical sector. Chen Honghai said: "I have been deeply involved in the physical industry for more than ten years, and I have witnessed that offline merchants have long lacked their own online store assets, and have long been attached to public domain platforms, bearing the pressure of high traffic costs and high commission deductions, and cannot retain the customers they have accumulated through hard work. This is the most direct original intention for me to launch this project - to help millions of physical stores obtain independent and controllable online positions. In the long run, the digitalization of local life will not only stay in the distribution of public domain traffic. It is an obvious general trend for merchants to build their own online positions. VR real-scene stores will definitely become the standard configuration for digitalization of offline stores. We aim at the blank market of low-cost digitalization for small and micro merchants, rely on AI algorithms to achieve more accurate matching. The larger the data scale, the stronger the service capacity, and the implementation space is very broad."

Binglehai adheres to the differentiated strategy centered on B-end services, and reconstructs the value logic of local life services by deeply accompanying small and micro merchants to complete digital upgrading. With the continuous penetration of real-scene VR and AI technologies, this digital service market for millions of physical small and micro shops is expected to generate new structural opportunities. Our goal within two years is to help 10,000 small and micro stores increase their customer acquisition rate by 50%, improve efficiency by 10%, and reduce costs by 10%.
