Two Key Moves of Hiveta: Agentic Marketing Closed Loop and Global Brand Collaboration
AI can generate images and copy in batches, so why are brands still overwhelmed? From daily operations to holiday promotions, brand teams still need to select tools, learn operations, write prompts, set up workflows, and conduct repeated debugging, bearing the costs of learning, time and collaboration.
Hiveta, targeting cross-border e-commerce and independent DTC brands, is developing an Agentic brand marketing platform, aiming to enable brands to continuously complete marketing judgment and execution with the platform even without mastering AI knowledge. Social media operation is the first entry scenario, and the long-term direction covers the brand's own marketing closed loop and global brand strategic collaboration.
From Commodity Judgment to Marketing Execution
Combining brand operation practices, interviews with brand owners and market research, the team focuses on operation judgment before and after material production. The CMO Survey shows that the self-scores of surveyed enterprises on their ability to effectively cope with the challenges of matching generative AI marketing strategies with brands and target markets are 4.3 and 4.2 respectively, with a full score of 7.
According to the product design, after brand materials, product inventory and market goals are imported into the system, the Agent will independently judge which products should be promoted on each platform, what content perspectives and expression methods to adopt in combination with brand positioning, account development stage and platform attributes, then form a content calendar, and split each piece of content into specific picture descriptions and copywriting tasks.
The platform automatically organizes the production of graphics and texts accordingly, checks product details, brand style and channel adaptation, and adjusts the results based on user feedback. The brand team retains key review rights, and confirmed preferences can be used for subsequent tasks. Publishing and effect review will be gradually connected. The team hopes to greatly reduce the burden of coordination, debugging and execution of internal marketing of enterprises through full-link automation.
From Continuous Service to Brand Collaboration
In terms of commercialization, the team plans to serve small and medium-sized brands with tiered subscription and over-usage charging services, and explore annual contracts for large brands, hoping to build a clear profit path around continuous marketing needs.
Hiveta further plans to expand the advertising and intelligent collaboration market, which will not only extend the brand's own marketing closed loop, but also explore global brand strategic collaboration. For example, a French lifestyle brand wants to enter the US market, and an American beauty brand wants to expand its product categories. The two parties can authorize their respective Agents to find partners with complementary aesthetics, user groups and products, and put forward joint travel beauty kits, product portfolio marketing or joint promotion plans for confirmation by both parties. The cooperation is based on clear authorization, and the original business data remains private.
Brand Practice and AI R&D Complement Each Other
Founder Yan Jiamin once founded the fashion press-on nail brand LOST in PARK, with experience in Internet product marketing, Dutch e-commerce and luxury brand merchandise. CTO Zhang Weikang once led the core architecture evolution of GOAT Alias and the 0-to-1 construction of Chinese mini-program, and led the team at VirtueAI to complete the 0-to-1 architecture design and productization of AI security products. Technical consultant Zhang Xiao is a former Amazon applied scientist with experience in multimodal model R&D, and is also a co-inventor of US patents related to online traffic prediction.
According to the team, its past accumulation includes 1,500 brand research samples and 300 leading consumer brand digital project practices. The project has passed the review of the OPC Zone project in Huangpu District, Shanghai, and is promoting the enterprise registration and settlement process.
Hiveta is currently in the MVP construction stage and is seeking RMB 6 million in seed round financing. The funds will be used for team building, R&D infrastructure, marketing promotion and operation investment, with a focus on promoting the availability of core processes, customer payment verification and early growth.
