879,000 social organizations are still mostly operating via WeChat groups and spreadsheets: Code Jumper uses AI Agents to take over event management, membership renewal and business opportunity matching.
The daily operation of chambers of commerce, associations and entrepreneur clubs has long relied on manual work: member information is scattered in spreadsheets and chat records, event notifications are sent one by one via WeChat groups, and membership fee collection relies on phone reminders at the end of the year. Code Dance, a startup, aims to change this situation. The company has launched an AI organization middle platform for social organizations such as chambers of commerce and associations, which uses multiple AI Agents to undertake daily operations including event management, membership renewal, and business opportunity matching, with the core concept of "AI runs automatically, and people only make decisions". At present, Code Dance has received seed round investment from Hanxun Fund and has launched its angel round of financing.
Digitalization Gap of 879,000 Organizations
Most social organizations in China are still operating under the "manual mode". The person in charge manages dozens or even hundreds of members alone, and the entire process of an event from notification, check-in to review relies on manpower. Resource docking between members mostly happens at dinner parties and through personal connections. The organizations themselves have neither online data precipitation nor income sources other than membership fees. Code Dance sums up these phenomena as a common problem: high organizational operation cost, low efficiency and weak revenue capacity.
This is by no means a niche market. Data from the Ministry of Civil Affairs for the third quarter of 2024 shows that there are 879,000 registered social organizations across the country, of which more than 100,000 are industry associations and chambers of commerce; data from the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce in May 2025 shows that its affiliated chambers of commerce number 56,000. According to the 2025 China Association Management System Report released by Boyar Consulting, the relevant market size in this field is about 2.67 billion yuan per year, growing at a rate of more than 15%. Code Dance takes 30,000 to 50,000 mid-to-high tier organizations with payment capacity in this segment as its serviceable market.
The policy side is also sending positive signals. The All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce clearly required in the 2021-2025 Development Plan for Chambers of Commerce Affiliated to the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce to promote chambers of commerce to build instrumental service platforms; the Ministry of Civil Affairs' Guidelines for the Construction of Industry Associations and Chambers of Commerce also included the application of modern information technologies such as the Internet and big data in the capacity building list. From the perspective of Code Dance, the opportunity window of this stock market lies in the technological generation gap brought by AI: traditional service providers have customers but lack AI capabilities, general large technology companies have an ecosystem but do not carry out in-depth industry layout, and the next 24 months will be the critical period to meet the upgrading demands of these organizations.
Agents Take Over Operations, People Only Make Decisions
In terms of products, the AI organization middle platform of Code Dance adopts Agents as the main delivery form. The Event Agent is responsible for the whole-process management of events before, during and after, covering notification delivery, registration and check-in, and effect review; the Renewal Agent tracks the membership renewal cycle, predicts churn risks and automatically completes collection; the Business Opportunity Agent matches supply and demand information among members, moving the resource docking that originally relied on personal connections and dinner parties online. Cooperating with the Design Silicon-based Legion responsible for visual and content production and the GEO Silicon-based Legion serving search scenarios, one person in charge plus a group of Agents can run the entire organization platform, and all operating data can be precipitated online during the operation process.
Its benchmark case, the Huiliantong AI Middle Platform, has been put into actual operation. According to the operation of this platform, the AI middle platform helps organizations reduce operating costs by 50%, improve efficiency by 60%, and increase revenue by 30%, while precipitating digital assets that can be operated sustainably. For social organizations that generally lack technical teams, this kind of "turnkey" AI solution means that they can complete the transition from paper-based and spreadsheet-based management to digital operation without building their own technical capabilities.
Three-tier Revenue Structure and Six-person Founding Team
In terms of business model, Code Dance has designed a three-tier revenue structure: the bottom layer is subscription revenue composed of multi-version annual fees for the AI middle platform, which serves as the cash flow base with a gross margin between 55% and 75%; the middle layer is value-added service revenue, including high-gross-margin and high-repurchase businesses such as membership services and mall transaction commission; the top layer is ecological monetization revenue, which comes from upstream and downstream cooperation sharing, advertising investment promotion and financial diversion. According to the plan, Code Dance plans to sign 100 organizations and achieve 1.28 million yuan in subscription revenue in 2026, and serve more than 5,000 organizations and reach 64 million yuan in annual subscription revenue by 2028, accounting for about 10% of the serviceable market. In terms of customer acquisition, the company adopts four parallel paths: channel cooperation, online content marketing, offline private board meetings and salons, and referral from old customers, driving the construction of the national agency network with industry benchmark cases.
In terms of the team, Chen Daoyong, founder and CEO, is a serial entrepreneur whose previously led Internet projects have received capital investment; Zheng Jun'en, co-founder and CTO, used to work at Shanghai Odd Technology and has many years of experience in marketing tool and SaaS system development; Li Yanan, co-founder, has participated in the software management system and data security work of multiple government digital projects; Zhang Xiaoming, CMO, is the former vice president of Weimob, who helped Weimob build a channel ecosystem in 2015 and accumulated more than 30,000 CIO and CMO level member resources; Shi Yisong, strategic consultant, is the executive vice president of Shanghai Anhui Chamber of Commerce, and won the title of "Top Ten Outstanding Returning Anhui Merchants" in Anhui Province; Chen Xiaofeng, CFO, is good at the design of financial system and top-level architecture for private enterprises.
Code Dance stated that the funds from this angel round of financing will be mainly used for product polishing, market expansion and team expansion.
