Dr. Zhang Wenhao, founder and CEO of Duyide Technology, graduated from the Institute of Artificial Intelligence, Department of Computer Science, Tsinghua University, studied under Professor Zhang Bo, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Honorary Dean of the Institute of Artificial Intelligence of Tsinghua University. All core senior management team members of the company are from Tsinghua University.
I. After the Foundation Model Era, Business Execution Layer Becomes the New High Ground of Value
The large model industry has gone past the stage of competing over foundation models, and entered the deep-water zone where "application implementation is king". In a project of a leading retail brand, the Agent team deployed by Duyide Technology has undertaken more than 85% of customer communication work, and the number of business opportunity conversions in the AI collaborative group is 125% higher than that in the pure manual group. At present, the AI+Sales business has been actually implemented in multiple retail channels, consumer brands, banks and insurance institutions.
The AI+Anti-Fraud business targets public security organs, operators and banks. DLM-AOP compiles risk knowledge, judgment rules and disposal experience into anti-fraud Agents, covering the core business processes of anti-fraud. Under the framework of customer authorization and data security governance, Duyide converts desensitized and structured risk features, fraud types, dissuasion processes and disposal results into intelligent anti-fraud assets, and continuously optimizes the anti-fraud Agents through a closed loop of "business result return - data and strategy iteration - new scenario verification". At present, the anti-fraud business has been officially implemented in provinces such as Jiangsu and Zhejiang, and has formed in-depth cooperation with local public security organs, operators and banks.
At present, both the AI+Sales and AI+Anti-Fraud business lines of Duyide have entered real production scenarios. The company plans to accelerate the replication of key AI+Sales customers in the second half of 2026, and promote the AI+Anti-Fraud business to enter more key regions.
