The "new entry point" for 200 million people in flexible employment: Shanhuo aims to turn the growth demands of enterprises into actionable tasks.

Shanhuo connects enterprises' growth demands and flexible employment resources via a dual-mode mechanism, and is currently open for seed round financing.

The Shanhuo Platform operated by Shanghai Shanhuo Technology Co., Ltd. is connecting enterprise growth demands with individuals, marketers, channels and project resources through the dual model of "Earn via Tasks + Project Hub". Starting from the two ends of enterprise customer acquisition and flexible employment, the platform transforms demands such as market research, product experience, information collection, and promotion execution into participable tasks, while providing enterprises with project cooperation, channel cooperation and resource matching services.

As enterprises increasingly rely on digital methods to acquire customers, market growth is becoming a "execution-heavy" work. Advertising delivery is only the beginning. Around links such as user research, product experience, market information collection, brand promotion, and channel development, enterprises still need a large number of real people to participate.

On the other end, flexible employment is also forming a huge market. According to the 2025 State Council's report on the work of protecting the rights and interests of workers in flexible employment and new forms of employment, the number of people in flexible employment in China has exceeded 200 million, and flexible employment and new forms of employment have become important channels for workers to obtain employment and increase their income.

What Shanhuo focuses on is the long-standing supply-demand mismatch between these two ends: enterprises have demands, but it is difficult to quickly find sufficiently dispersed and flexible execution resources; a large number of individuals have time, skills, channels and even local resources, but lack continuous and clear task and project entrances.

From "Finding People" to "Task Collaboration", Shanhuo Enters the Enterprise Growth Execution Link

Shanhuo does not define itself as a simple part-time information platform, but tries to reorganize enterprise demands and socialized execution resources.

Under the "Earn via Tasks" model, enterprises can break down demands such as market research, product experience, information collection, and promotion execution into specific tasks, which are completed by eligible users. For individuals, this means that part-time jobs no longer completely rely on fixed positions, and they can also participate flexibly around specific demands.

On this basis, Shanhuo further launched the "Project Hub", integrating enterprise projects, promotion cooperation, channel cooperation and resource matching into the same platform. Tasks solve relatively standardized and phased execution demands, while the Project Hub undertakes more complex and long-term enterprise cooperation.

The value of this model lies in enabling one platform to have both a "task entrance" and a "project entrance".

A user may initially only want to use fragmented time to participate in tasks, and as experience and ability increase, they may also enter promotion, channel or project cooperation; an enterprise may initially only need dozens of people for market research, and then generate demands for brand promotion, channel expansion and project execution. Shanhuo hopes to gradually connect these originally scattered cooperative relationships through the platform.

Behind this is a change in the enterprise growth model. More and more enterprises do not simply need traffic, but an execution network covering links such as customer acquisition, research, experience, promotion, and channels. Shanhuo hopes to make these demands easier to break down, release, execute and connect through task-based and project-based methods.

Dual-Driven by "Earn via Tasks + Project Hub" to Form a Closed Business Loop between B-end and C-end

Shanhuo currently adopts a business model that connects B-end and C-end in both directions.

B-end enterprises are an important source of platform demands. Enterprises can release tasks around scenarios such as marketing promotion, market research, product experience, and information collection, and can also find partners, promotion personnel, channel resources and project partners through the Project Hub. Compared with the simple recruitment model, the task-based method is more suitable for handling a large number of phased and fragmented demands.

The C-end covers task participants, marketers, freelancers, and users with channel and team resources. Users can not only use their spare time to participate in tasks, but also look for project cooperation opportunities according to their own abilities.

The commercialization path of the platform unfolds accordingly. At present, Shanhuo's revenue sources mainly include membership services, task commission, top placement services, refresh cards, etc., forming a business model that combines enterprise payment and platform service revenue. For a two-sided platform, the richer the enterprise demands, the more participation opportunities on the user side; the richer the users and execution resources, the stronger the platform's attractiveness to enterprises, and the business itself has a certain network effect.

What Shanhuo hopes to further amplify is not the number of single tasks, but the cycle of "enterprise demand - task - user - project - cooperation".

From the perspective of industry trends, this model has huge potential. The digital economy is further penetrating into enterprise operation links. According to data released by the National Bureau of Statistics, the added value of China's core industries of the digital economy reached 14.09 trillion yuan in 2024, accounting for 10.5% of GDP. At the same time, technologies such as AI and big data are also entering employment services and enterprise operation scenarios, and the human resources and social security department has proposed to explore the use of new technologies such as big data and AI to accurately push employment positions and service information.

This means that future platform competition may not only be about "who has more tasks", but about "who can understand enterprise demands more efficiently and find the right people to complete them".

Evolving from a Task Platform to an Enterprise Growth Collaboration Network, Shanhuo Opens Seed Round Financing Cooperation

From the perspective of product direction, Shanhuo is forming multi-terminal entrances such as official website, task platform and Android App, and the core products are centered on Earn via Tasks, Project Hub, enterprise release and user participation.

The platform currently hopes to focus on strengthening the supply of enterprise-side demands and the user-side resource network. On the one hand, it will continue to attract more real enterprises to enter, so that tasks such as market research, promotion execution, product experience, and information collection can form a continuous supply; on the other hand, it will expand the user scale, so that people with different time, skills, channels and regional resources can find suitable tasks and cooperation opportunities.

If this mechanism matures further, what Shanhuo will connect in the future is not just "part-time users and enterprise tasks", but a broader enterprise growth resource network: enterprises release demands, users participate in execution, marketers undertake promotion, channel resources enter projects, teams participate in complex cooperation, and the platform provides task organization, transaction matching and service connection in the process.

This is also where Shanhuo hopes to break through the boundary of traditional task platforms.

At present, Shanhuo opens seed round financing cooperation, and plans to further invest funds in product technology construction, enterprise customer expansion, task and project supply, user growth and platform service capability building.

If traditional part-time platforms solve the problem of "where can a person find a job", and reward platforms solve the problem of "where can a person find a task", then what Shanhuo tries to further answer is: Can the growth demands of enterprises be broken down into more real opportunities, and handed over to more suitable people to complete through the platform.

From "looking for tasks" to "looking for projects", from "enterprises looking for people" to "enterprises looking for resources", the ultimate form Shanhuo hopes to build is a task collaboration network connecting enterprises, talents, marketers, channels and projects.

And this may also become a noteworthy new platform direction after the further integration of flexible employment and enterprise digital growth.
