Chuan Shen Suwen cooperates with Han Xuejie's Studio to realize the digital and intelligent inheritance of the experience of renowned senior traditional Chinese medicine experts.

How can the lifelong academic insights and clinical experience of renowned veteran TCM practitioners be made "learnable, transmissible, and sustainable" with the help of digital intelligence technologies? On August 4, 2026, Transys Suwen (Wuhan) Digital Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as "Transys Suwen") and the Han Xuejie Inheritance Studio held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony in Beijing. Leveraging TCM large model and digital twin technologies, the two sides will jointly build the "Intelligent Inheritance Model of Nine Methods and Five Paths of TCM", to explore a new paradigm for the digital intelligent inheritance of renowned TCM practitioners' academic insights. Professor Han Xuejie attended the signing ceremony and witnessed the signing.

This cooperation takes place in the opening year of the national "15th Five-Year Plan". In July 2026, the "15th Five-Year Plan for the Revitalization and Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine" was officially issued, which clearly puts forward promoting the inheritance and innovative development of TCM driven by digital intelligent transformation and integrated Chinese and Western medicine. Against this backdrop, this cooperation is a positive response to this strategic deployment.

Inheritance of Renowned Practitioners' Experience Calls for AI Digital Intelligence to Break Through Bottlenecks

The inheritance of TCM has long relied on the master-apprentice mode of oral teaching and personal mentoring. Long talent cultivation cycles, limited high-quality mentoring resources, and the difficulty of systematically precipitating the implicit experience of renowned practitioners are long-standing practical problems plaguing the industry. Meanwhile, artificial intelligence technologies are accelerating their implementation in the healthcare field, but there is still a "last mile" gap between technical capabilities and real application scenarios such as course teaching, case study, simulation training, and scientific research organization.

How to transform the intuitive syndrome differentiation insights of renowned practitioners, which can only be "understood implicitly", into preservable, callable, and trainable digital assets, so that primary care physicians and young TCM practitioners can learn, verify and apply them more efficiently, is the starting point and ultimate goal of this cooperation.

Take Han Xuejie's Academic System as the Core, and Digital Twin Technology as the Carrier

Professor Han Xuejie is the tutor for the 7th batch of national TCM experts for the inheritance of academic experience, and the 20th generation inheritor of Shen's Gynecology. She has been engaged in TCM clinical practice and scientific research for nearly 40 years, and has systematically constructed academic achievements including the clinical rule of Nine Methods and Five Paths of TCM, the three-dimensional seven-elements diagnostic rule of TCM, and the three-dimensional inspection method of hand, tongue and face. Among them, the clinical rule of Nine Methods and Five Paths of TCM has been verified for its practicability and effectiveness by thousands of primary care physicians since it was promoted in 2020.

Relying on the full-stack independent "root-original" core technology base of the Rendu large model from its parent company Transys, Transys Suwen independently develops the "Transys Suwen TCM Large Model". This model has passed the TCM large model assessment for credible AI hosted by the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT) and obtained a high 4+ rating. The company has built a dual-engine technology base of "digital twin of renowned TCM practitioners + TCM large model", which can transform the academic insights, clinical experience and diagnosis and treatment thinking of renowned practitioners into preservable, callable, inheritable and iterable digital assets, forming a complete closed loop of "precipitation - learning - training - application - iteration".

This cooperation is based on the respective advantages of the two sides in technological innovation and TCM academic accumulation, and focuses on in-depth collaboration along three strategic paths:

First, jointly build the "Intelligent Inheritance Model of Nine Methods and Five Paths of TCM". The two sides will conduct compliant desensitization, structured processing, expert annotation and model training on Professor Han Xuejie's medical records, manuscripts, monographs, and course materials, to build an interactive, learnable, and reviewable digital avatar, serving scenarios including knowledge Q&A, case deduction, syndrome differentiation training and clinical reference. The model is clearly positioned for academic inheritance, teaching assistance and clinical reference, and will not replace physicians in conducting medical behaviors such as diagnosis, prescription and treatment.

Second, build a digital intelligent inheritance education content system. Targeting TCM enthusiasts, primary care physicians and young TCM practitioners, we will explore and develop modules including course teaching, simulated follow-up consultation, case study and syndrome differentiation training, to build an integrated inheritance education closed loop of "teaching, learning, practice and application". Digital twin does not replace real-person mentoring, but adds repeatable and expandable training scenarios to traditional teaching, helping to solve the contradiction between supply and demand of high-quality mentoring resources.

Third, jointly carry out TCM standardization and clinical scientific research. Promote the digital precipitation of clinical materials and academic experience, and provide a data foundation for the transformation of renowned practitioners' experience into standardized and promotable clinical protocols.

At the signing ceremony, He Enpei, Chairman of Transys Suwen, said: "Our goal is not to replicate a simple dialogue tool, but to enable AI to understand the syndrome differentiation thinking of renowned TCM practitioners, precipitate it as a digital asset that can be inherited for a long time, and transform it into a tool that young doctors and primary care doctors can learn, train and call on." Professor Han Xuejie said: "We hope that through the intelligent inheritance model, more primary care doctors and trainees can interact with and review the model during learning, so as to speed up their understanding and flexible application of TCM knowledge."

Empower TCM Modernization and Explore a Replicable New Paradigm of Digital Intelligent Inheritance for Renowned TCM Practitioners

This cooperation aims to explore the implementation path of TCM AI from "having technology" to "having scenarios, applications and value". Industry experts pointed out that this cooperation provides a new solution to the pain points of "difficulty in quantifying experience, replicating thinking, and expanding teaching" in the inheritance of renowned TCM practitioners. In the future, the two sides will continue to promote model iteration and scenario expansion, explore the formation of a replicable and promotable digital intelligent inheritance mode, help high-quality TCM resources sink to the grassroots level, and contribute digital intelligence strength to the inheritance, innovative development of TCM and the construction of talent teams.
