Duoying Digital Intelligence AI Decision-Making Agent Solves High-Security Implementation Pain Points and Launches Its Series A Financing Round

Duoying Digital Intelligence is seeking Series A financing to focus on developing high-security industry decision-making intelligent agents.

In the deployment process of general large models in industries such as national defense, military industry, energy and electric power, problems including data silos, difficulty in reusing tacit experience, and high compliance thresholds for classified scenarios persist. The decision-making chains in these fields are highly dependent on industrial know-how, and traditional AI solutions are often difficult to embed into core business processes due to the lack of a trusted data base and auditable reasoning paths. Founded in 2023, Beijing Duoying Digital Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. targets this gap, cuts into the field of national defense digitalization, and builds technical service solutions focused on decision-making agents. The company recently announced the launch of its Series A financing, planning to raise 30 million yuan, and the funds will be used for DAIOS2.0 product iteration, market expansion and delivery capacity building.

Three Barriers Facing AI Implementation in High-Security Industries

The intelligent transformation of industries such as national defense, energy and high-end manufacturing is not a simple matter of model invocation. First of all, data silos have long existed in these fields, and multi-modal data lacks unified governance standards, which makes it difficult for AI to obtain a reliable decision-making basis. Secondly, most of the tacit experience in the industry is deposited at the individual or department level in unstructured form, making it difficult to convert into reusable digital assets. More critically, classified scenarios have rigid requirements for data not leaving the domain, auditable reasoning processes, and traceable conclusions, and general cloud-native solutions cannot meet the compliance red lines. According to forecasts from industrial research institutions, the market size of China's enterprise-level AI agents has reached 21.2 billion yuan in 2025, and is expected to exceed 330 billion yuan in 2029. Among them, high-value scenarios such as national defense, energy and high-end manufacturing have become the priority landing areas for decision-making intelligence. Structural opportunities have formed between the expansion of market demand and the insufficiency of implementation capabilities.

Intelligent Decision-Making Operating System Precipitated From National Defense Scenarios

The core technology base of Duoying Digital Intelligence is its full-stack self-developed DAIOS digital intelligence operating system. Based on data governance, with knowledge ontology as the skeleton and agents as the execution unit, the system builds a closed-loop decision-making capability from perception to evaluation. At the data layer, the Data Rock trusted data base supports PB-level multi-modal data governance and full-link traceability, ensuring that each decision conclusion can be traced back to the source data. At the reasoning layer, the Intelligence Core intelligent reasoning kernel relies on domain ontology modeling and sandbox simulation deduction to convert the accumulated industrial experience into invocable decision logic. At the execution layer, DAIOS Agent OS realizes the collaborative scheduling of multiple agents, supports plug-and-play skills and full-process audit, and the delivery cycle of traditional projects, which usually takes several months on average, can be shortened to several weeks. The underlying architecture supports private deployment, adapts to the domestic ARM and x86 software and hardware ecosystems, and meets the compliance requirements of data not leaving the domain. Relying on the above base, Duoying Digital Intelligence has formed two product lines: the Rongjian Intelligent Decision Series for national defense and military customers, and the Yinglue Government and Enterprise Operation Decision Series for central and state-owned enterprise customers.

Commercialization Progress and Financing Plan

Adopting the accompanying service mode of core base plus industrial solutions plus agile delivery, Duoying Digital Intelligence has high customer stickiness. The company's revenue in the first half of this year has exceeded the total revenue of last year, the business scale continues to expand, the gross profit margin of technology-intensive businesses is in a high range in the industry, the customer repurchase rate remains at a high level, and old customers continue to contribute the main revenue.

In terms of the team, the company was led and founded by Zhang Kexin, former vice president of Huarun Technology. Its core members integrate backbones from Huarun Technology, military AI product teams, and expert consultants from universities such as Tsinghua University, Peking University and Beijing Institute of Technology, with an average of more than 15 years of domain experience.

According to the plan, the next year or so will be the product polishing period, during which Duoying Digital Intelligence will complete the iteration of DAIOS2.0 and build a national delivery network, aiming to achieve leapfrog growth in the scale of signed orders and push the revenue proportion from government and enterprise customers to more than 50%. After that, it will enter the scale expansion period, complete the replication of benchmark projects across the country, and start the planning for Series B financing. The company's long-term goal is to build a decision-making infrastructure for industrial AI agents oriented to the national defense and central state-owned enterprise markets, and become a sustainable and trusted digital intelligence partner.
