The specific locations of the seven stations on the northern extension and branch line of Phase II of Beijing Subway Line 19 have all been determined.

After this year's Spring Festival, the northern extension and branch line of Phase II of Metro Line 19 commenced construction, making this a highly anticipated metro line currently under development.

Last month, we released information regarding the locations of Life Science Park South Station, Shangqingqiao South Station and Beishatan Station on Phase II of Line 19.

Recently, the specific locations of stations including Qinghe Xiaoying Station and Xisanqi Station on Phase II of Line 19 have been confirmed through the construction project planning permission announcements published by the Municipal Commission of Planning and Natural Resources. As a result, the exact locations of all 7 stations on the northern extension and branch line of Phase II of Line 19 have now been finalized. You can check their exact positions below.

According to the previously publicized route planning scheme, the northern extension starts from the existing Mudanyuan Station of the first phase in the south and extends northward to Shenggu Station, covering a total length of approximately 17.1 kilometers with 7 stations in total. The northern extension branch line diverges from the main line at Shangqingqiao South Station and runs north to Qinghe Station, spanning roughly 7.1 kilometers with 1 station.

The two southernmost stations on the northern extension of Phase II of Line 19 were already covered in our previous release.

Beishatan Station is situated at the intersection of Qinghua East Road and G6 Jingzang Expressway in Haidian District, with a building area of 18,539.6 square meters.

Shangqingqiao South Station is located at the intersection of Yinquan Road and G6 Jingzang Expressway in Haidian District, with a building area of 30,860.08 square meters.

Further north, Qinghe Xiaoying Station is an interchange station connected to Metro Changping Line, so its position has been confirmed near the Qinghe Xiaoying Bridge area.

The next station is Xisanqi Station. According to the information from the planning permit, this station is located at the intersection of G6 Jingzang Expressway and Jiancaicheng West Road, with a station building area of 17,026.31 square meters.

Continuing northwards is Longze West Station, previously referred to as Xinlongze Station. This is a four-line interchange hub serving Line 19, Line 13, Line 18 and the Suburban Railway Northeast Ring Line, so the station's location has been finalized. Planning documents indicate that the building area of Line 19's Longze West Station is 19,216.43 square meters.

It is worth noting that some residents previously raised questions about whether Longze West Station on Line 19 could set up entrances and exits on the east side of the Jingzang Expressway. In response, the Beijing Infrastructure Investment Co., Ltd. stated that Longze West Station on the northern extension of Line 19 will have 2 entrances and exits, all located on the west side of G6 Jingzang Expressway, and there are no current planning and implementation conditions to add additional exits.

The further-north Life Science Park South Station is specifically positioned in the area between Erbozi Bridge and Erlong North Road, with entrances and exits arranged between Huadian Road and Huinan North Road.

In addition, Qinghe Station on the northern extension branch line also has a confirmed location as it serves as an interchange station for Changping Line and Line 13.
