36Kr learned that xTool, a consumer-grade laser engraver supplier, announced that its European regional office has been established and put into operation in Berlin, Germany. Its localization business in the European market has entered a stage of in-depth layout. The core functions of the Berlin office are set as technology R & D, market expansion, channel management, and customer service, aiming to provide more direct and efficient local support for the European region.

Currently, xTool has set up more than 300 demo rooms and 40 service stations in the European market to ensure product display and timely maintenance services for equipment, building a relatively complete user service network.

Since the launch of its first diode laser engraver in 2021, xTool has been applying mature industrial-grade laser technology to the field of consumer-grade products. Its product sales network has covered more than 160 countries and regions around the world, accumulating hundreds of thousands of global users.

On the occasion of the establishment of the European office, xTool also showcased its latest product for the first time - the F2 Ultra UV desktop laser engraver. This device uses advanced UV light source cold processing technology and is specially designed to meet the engraving challenges of heat-sensitive materials. It is particularly suitable for fine processing of materials such as glass, crystal, and ceramics. The remarkable technical feature of the F2 Ultra UV is its ability to perform 3D internal engraving inside the glass. At the same time, it also supports high-quality surface engraving and cutting of conventional materials such as wood and ceramics. In terms of intelligence, the device is equipped with the AI Craft Agent function, allowing users to generate complex 3D models through simple text descriptions or image input. The specific technical specifications of the device include dual 48MP cameras for precise positioning and an engraving speed of up to 15,000mm/s.

"With the development of artificial intelligence technology, more and more repetitive tasks will be handed over to artificial intelligence. People will focus on creative work in the real world, and we will have a new opportunity for the explosion of the personal creativity economy." Jasen Wang, the founder and CEO of xTool, said. "Europe has a very profound creativity culture, industrial foundation, and an active community of creators. This is also an important reason why xTool chose to take root and develop in Europe."

In addition, in terms of cooperation in the European market, the European team of xTool has started exchanges with the German Federation of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (BVMW). xTool plans to provide a package of technical solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises within the federation that focus on product customization through the cooperation platform of the federation. The solutions cover equipment selection, complex process debugging, and software adaptation services to promote the digital upgrading and product innovation capabilities of local small and medium-sized enterprises.
