Beijing has announced a supply list of 9 residential land parcels with a total floor area of 1.03 million square meters.

On October 16, 2025, the list of proposed commercial residential land supply for the eighth round in Beijing was announced. According to the information on the official website of the Beijing Municipal Planning and Natural Resources Commission, there are a total of 9 parcels of proposed residential land in this round, with a total land area of about 440,000 square meters and a total construction scale of about 1.03 million square meters. These parcels will be put up for auction in the near future.

In terms of regional distribution, it shows a "multi - point blooming" pattern. There is 1 parcel in Haidian District, from the Shangdi area; there are 2 parcels in Fengtai District, with 1 located in the Shoujingmao area outside the Third Ring Road; the remaining 6 parcels are from Changping District (2 parcels), Tongzhou District (1 parcel), Shunyi District (1 parcel), Daxing District (1 parcel), and the Economic Development Zone (1 parcel) respectively.

Considering the past market popularity, the eastern parcel in Block 0702 of Shangdi, Haidian is undoubtedly the highest - quality one.
