This Anta Zero-Carbon Mission Store has undergone comprehensive optimization and adjustment in terms of overall spatial layout, display props, etc., and has ingeniously integrated a wide variety of sustainable products into the spatial design and art display constructed with sustainable concepts.

On April 22, 2025, in Shanghai, which is World Earth Day, ANTAZERO, the first carbon-neutral store in China's footwear and apparel industry certified by an authoritative institution, celebrated its first anniversary of official opening.

This time, ANTAZERO has carried out all-round optimization and adjustment in aspects such as the overall spatial layout and display props, and skillfully integrated a wide variety of sustainable products into the spatial design and artistic display constructed with sustainable concepts. This move aims to optimize the consumer experience route and bring a more immersive, smoother shopping, sightseeing, leisure and interactive experience to customers entering the store.

Adhering to the sustainable principle, ANTA continues to cooperate with the canU sustainable fashion platform, a number of domestic emerging designers and artists, etc., and uses the "remanufacturing" method to optimize the space, minimizing the resource consumption of this adjustment:

For example, the panel walls made of ANTA's remaining inventory fabrics and scraps poured with environmental resin during the opening were partially transformed into furniture such as product display island platforms and shoe-changing benches this time; the specially-made modular remake interactive area during the opening was recombined and spliced in this adjustment; the artworks once displayed in the store were creatively redesigned and reused to decorate the mirrors in the store.

In 2024, ANTA became the only Chinese brand to win the "Sustainable and Innovation Award" of the International Textile Manufacturers Federation (ITMF) in 2024 with its carbon capture CARBONFIX technology. Only three technologies in the world won this award in 2024: This technology captures carbon dioxide from industrial waste gas and converts it into ethylene glycol, the core raw material of polyester fiber, reducing carbon emissions by 28.4% compared with traditional petroleum-based materials.

In 2025, ANTA launched a new "King of Quick-drying" running short-sleeved shirt. More than 50% of the fabric uses carbon capture polyester fiber, and at the same time, it has the function of moisture absorption and quick-drying, ensuring a good sports experience for consumers while reducing carbon emissions. Currently, this product is on sale in national stores.

This season, the ANTAZERO exclusive Earth Day series lightweight storm shell windbreaker also partially uses carbon capture fabric. According to the measurement and certification of a third-party institution, it reduces about 35% of carbon emissions compared with the previous generation of ANTAZERO lightweight storm shell.

In 2024, ANTA invited a third-party authoritative institution to successively measure and certify the full life cycle carbon footprint of a total of 26 products, and is committed to continuously reducing carbon emissions by optimizing all aspects of material selection, production and processing, and transportation and distribution.

The ANTA Mach 5 running shoes launched this year increased the proportion of recycled polyester yarn in material selection, and used more green energy in the production, processing, transportation and distribution stages, so that the carbon footprint of an average pair of Mach 5 running shoes (taking the men's style as an example) was reduced from 12.37kgCO2e of the previous generation to 7.88kgCO2e, reducing about 36% of carbon emissions.

In the exploration of creating sustainable high-quality products, ANTA uses the zero-carbon mission store as a fulcrum. Starting from carefully selecting products that meet ANTA's sustainable standards at the beginning of the opening, it further develops exclusive new products of the ANTAZERO series inspired by environmental protection and applying green technology, and brings the UPCYCLE inventory recycling and remanufacturing series of products that can be mass-produced and sold, gradually improving the sustainable product matrix covering diverse scenarios.

Xu Yang, the CEO of the ANTA brand, said that in the future, ANTA will further strengthen the innovation and iteration of green technology and design, and bring high-quality products with environmental protection value, aesthetic value and excellent performance to consumers.
