Among them, the eight key cities (Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Chongqing, Hangzhou, Wuhan) increased by 2.92%, which did not outperform the national average.

The tourists who flocked to Shanghai during the National Day holiday have driven the popularity of shopping centers in Shanghai to rise generally in October. According to the consumption data of the "Eleventh" Golden Week released by Meituan, the in-store consumption of life services in the country has increased by 41.2% year-on-year, among which Shanghai leads the country in terms of consumption scale.

Before the National Day, Shanghai invested 500 million yuan of municipal financial funds to issue "Le·Shanghai" service consumer vouchers in four fields including catering, accommodation, movies, and sports, with a significant drainage effect.

During the National Day holiday, the total offline passenger flow of 36 key business districts in Shanghai reached 34.49 million person-times, an increase of 9.8% year-on-year. The passenger flow of 25 business districts has increased, and the passenger flow of some business districts has increased by more than 10% year-on-year.
