This time, the technology providers come to the table with practical solutions — the recruitment of technology partners for WISE2026 "World Coffee" is now officially launched.
In the previous article, we talked about the demand side, and this time it's the turn of the technology side. On the table are verified real demands, and we are waiting for you.
After the previous article was released, many demand side parties signed up, and a lot of questions were left in the background messages
Just a few days after the previous article was published, the same kind of messages began to appear in the background: "We are an enterprise and team engaged in AI applications, embodied intelligence and other related products or solutions. Is there an entrance for us?"
Yes, it is exactly this article you are reading now.
Today is the exclusive registration session for the technology side. If you have AI application or embodied intelligence products and solutions that have been put into actual operation, let's read on together. (For friends who come with business demand issues, click "Read More" at the end of the article to jump to the exclusive entrance for the "demand side".)
We have sorted out the messages from our technical partners in the background, and there are roughly five questions in total. Next, we will discuss along these five questions — "World Café · Industry Matching", waiting for all technical practitioners to come and join the on-site table rotation.
Q: "This event seems to be demand-oriented, what does it have to do with technical practitioners?"
It is highly relevant, and the connection is far from trivial.
Let's make a brief introduction: from November 26 to 28, at the WISE2026 Business King Conference (Tongming Lake Convention and Exhibition Center, Yizhuang, Beijing), there will be an industry matching session outside the main agenda — "World Café · Industry Matching". Here, we will arrange face-to-face communication between the demand side and the technology side around real business demands, sitting at the same table for in-depth discussions.
The division of roles at the table is very clear: the scenario demand side acts as the "table host", sits firmly at the table, and puts forward real pain points; the technology side comes to the table with solutions, and rotates from table to table according to the pre-arranged schedule for rounds of discussions.
As a technical practitioner, the only thing you need to answer when you sit down is: can your solution meet the demands of this scenario? If yes, what conditions are required?
Each round lasts about 20 minutes, no speeches, no roadshows, all real results are achieved through face-to-face discussions at the table.
This model has been successfully verified twice by 36Kr this year — through two matching sessions, there were more than 190 high-intention enterprises and 153 formal applicants, promoting more than 100 rounds of matching. Each round is cross-verified in advance, which is the meeting of real technologies and real demands, no random luck-based matching — so there are real valuable demands on the table, and it is really worth a trip for technical practitioners.

Q: "Why not recruit both sides at the same time, and the technology side is recruited later?"
That's a good question. This is exactly where World Café is different from other events.
The logic of most matching sessions is extensive outreach: gather enough people first, and leave the matching to random on-site encounters. But for World Café, the order is reversed — we collect all demands first, review them one by one, and then look for technical practitioners who can solve these problems with these verified demands.
Why does 36Kr arrange it this way? Because for you who are rotating between tables, time is the most valuable resource. Instead of trying your luck at different tables, you will have a clear idea before sitting down: what the problem of this table is, what the current situation is, where the bottleneck lies, and what the expected goal is. We have sorted all these out for you in advance, and you will get a clear demand summary, so that you can prepare targeted solutions.
Therefore, recruiting the technology side later is a deliberate arrangement: based on the two tracks of AI applications and embodied intelligence, we have sorted out all demands, and roughly know what kind of solutions can match which demands. When you arrive at the site, there are verified real problems on the table, and you bring targeted real solutions. Both sides sit around the table and go straight to the topic without unnecessary trials — this is exactly what industry matching should be.
Q: "My solution has not been put into large-scale commercial operation, can I sign up?"
Yes, you can. But there is a hard requirement: your solution has actually solved real problems before.
In the registration form at the end of the article, we hope you truthfully write down "what kind of problems your solution can solve for what type of enterprises". For the simplest example, the high-quality profile we expect to see is like this:
"For chain retail enterprises, we provide AI knowledge assistant, which is based on enterprise product materials, helping customer service staff query information and generate reply suggestions."
In one sentence, the target audience, the application link, and the problem to be solved are all clearly stated.
If your solution has already been implemented on a large scale, that would be even better, you can present the case without disclosing the client's name; if not, please clearly state the stage you have verified, and we and the scenario demand side will judge together. Rather than dazzling PPTs, we are more interested in your real capabilities.
Q: "Is the registration process complicated? How to confirm the counterparties?"
It's very simple, only five steps. We will take care of all the complicated matching work, you only need to prepare your high-quality materials and scan the QR code at the end of the article.
Step 1: Submit the registration form. Fill in the enterprise name, track, scenarios you most want to match with, solution description, implementation cases, and contact information.
Step 2: 36Kr review. The review focuses on the maturity of the solution and implementable cases, so you need to prepare relevant materials according to this standard.
Step 3: Two-way matching. The technology side that passes the review will enter the matching resource pool, your solution will be sorted into a summary and pushed to the demand side. They select you, and you select them, after both sides understand each other and express the intention to match, this matching is established.
Step 4: Confirm the schedule. We will make the schedule based on the two-way intention, and synchronize the event guide. After both sides confirm, the participation arrangement is finalized.
Step 5: On-site communication + post-event follow-up. Arrive at the table as scheduled, discuss the solution adaptation, and summarize the next steps; collect feedback after the event and continue to follow up.
Q: "After participating in this event, can I really get clients?"
This communication does not guarantee clients or orders, but it allows you to directly understand the real business scenarios.
What you can take away from this table may be more valuable than clients — you can see the most authentic situation of demands in the front line half a year earlier than market reports — how the scenario side describes the problem, how the current process runs, to what extent the party A is willing to do to solve the problem... These contents are not available in reports, but are the most common bottlenecks in the implementation process.
We also clarify the boundary: the event provides opportunities for communication and connection, and does not guarantee procurement, pilot projects or transactions. The technical feasibility, product effect and cooperation terms shall be communicated and judged by the participating enterprises themselves.
36Kr is responsible for organization, review, matching and coordination. If the cases are used for public dissemination, prior confirmation from the relevant enterprise is required, and we do not guarantee that every enterprise will get coverage or exposure. Both sides register for free, but registration or passing the review does not mean you get a reserved seat.
What World Café aims to do is to build a bridge: bring people who have mutual demand to the same table. How far the discussion goes, how deep it is, and whether you want to make further appointments after the event — the progress is entirely in your own hands.

Practitioners engaged in technology and solutions are used to polishing their products to be perfect before presenting them. But for matching activities, there is never a moment when everything is fully ready — the encounter between demands and solutions often starts with a casual chat. The moment you send out your solution, the matter has taken half a step forward. The remaining half step is on the table, and also in the hands of the person sitting opposite you.
So, if you are interested, don't hesitate. The worst thing for this matter is not taking a wrong step, but standing at the door all the time — take the first step, then you can take the following big steps.
The table hosts are taking their seats one after another. Now, it's your turn to push the door and come in.
WISE2026 Business Conference · World Café, is waiting for your solution, and also waiting for you!
Special reminder: The two QR codes belong to the technology side and the demand side respectively. Please make sure to check carefully before scanning, and the registration information submitted through the wrong channel may affect the subsequent review
Further explanation: Registration or passing the review does not mean you get a reserved seat; the event provides communication and connection opportunities, and does not guarantee procurement, pilot projects or transaction results.
This matching session is connected with the "Embodied Intelligence Industry Alliance" established in the same period, the picture shows the first batch of enterprises joining the alliance

Special supplement: The so-called "demand side" mentioned here is not limited to brand enterprises. As long as enterprises focus on AI applications, embodied intelligence implementation or related upstream and downstream industrial chain collaboration, have specific problems, and hope to find solutions or partners through this matching, they can submit demands. They can be enterprises with application scenarios, or enterprises that need complete machines, spare parts, sensors and other technical modules, and need to solve specific process, integration and verification problems. The key is not your identity, but whether your problem is specific and your expectation is clear.
