WISE 2026 to Host the Global Coffee AI and Embodied Intelligence Industry Matchmaking Conference

If you have a specific business problem and wonder whether AI or embodied intelligence can help, you can bring the problem and sit down to talk with the technical team.

For some technical problems, find industry insiders to break them down together

You have probably had such moments.

There is always a certain link in the company that obviously does not run smoothly. It could be customer service, where work orders are piling up and there is a shortage of available staff; it could be quality inspection, which relies on manual visual inspection all year round, being slow and prone to omissions; it could be the warehouse, where all handling work depends on scheduling, leading to manpower conflicts during peak busy seasons; it could also be physical stores, where there is always a tight supply of staff for tasks such as guidance and services.

You know exactly where the problem lies. You have also come across a lot of news about AI and robots, watched many live streams of industry leaders, and your favorites folder is full of over-viewed "industry implementation cases". But when it comes to taking a real step forward, there are always three very basic questions stuck in your mind:

Is my scenario actually suitable for adopting such technologies? What preparations do I need to make first? Where can I find reliable people?

You may have seen many solutions, but what you most want to confirm is: can it be applied to this specific link in our business?

So this year, we have opened a "cafe" at WISE, specially designed for discussions on this topic.

We have reserved several tables at WISE2026

We are officially announcing this event now.

From November 26 to 28, outside the main agenda of the WISE2026 King of Business Summit, we will launch the "World Cafe · Industry Matching" event again, which arranges targeted exchanges with technical providers around specific business needs. Meanwhile, it is connected with the Embodied Intelligence Industry Alliance established concurrently with the summit, with a focus on AI applications and embodied intelligence. (See the end of the article for the full list of alliance members)

Here we only do one thing: arrange enterprises with problems and enterprises that may solve these problems at the same table to discuss a specific issue.

The logic is also very simple: the scenario demander acts as the "table leader", sitting at a fixed table, putting real pain points on the table; technical providers come with solutions, rotating from table to table according to the scheduled schedule, and having rounds of discussions.

This format is not first tried by 36Kr. This year, the Beijing Yizhuang AI+ Industry Matching Conference and the Shanghai Global Expansion Conference Industry Matching Conference both started from "collecting real problems". In the two World Cafe Industry Matching events this year, we have received more than 190 highly interested enterprises, 153 officially registered enterprises, and accumulated more than 100 rounds of matching. Each event starts preparation two months in advance, we do not do random matching, and every round of matching is cross-verified in advance. (The picture below is the demand matching intention diagram produced by 36Kr)

This time the scale is larger and the coverage is wider, but the starting point remains the same: start from the problem in your hand.

The value of a cup of coffee lies in aligning expectations before sitting down to talk

You may ask: what is the difference between this and walking around an exhibition?

Visiting an exhibition is mostly like this: you have to find people by yourself, judge by yourself, and figure out whether the other party's products match your business.

At an exhibition, about 70% of your energy will be spent on "finding the right person", and the remaining 30% is for "discussing actual business". And the real difficulty lies in the latter part.

Therefore, the WISE2026 World Cafe is not designed to simply exchange business cards offline, but to match corresponding technical solution providers according to your needs, so that you can communicate efficiently on site about the next steps to take!

That's right, for the 20-minute on-site matching, we start preparing from now on.

Full preparations before the event. You first submit your business problem: how you are doing it now, where you are stuck, and what you expect to achieve. We will conduct review and necessary verification, and sort it out into a clear summary. The person sitting opposite you has already learned about your situation before arriving, and has thought about whether they can solve your problem. In this way, the 20+ minutes of your meeting will not be wasted on self-introductions, and you can directly discuss "whether the solution is feasible under your conditions".

Partners are pre-confirmed, not random surprises. The schedule will only be arranged after both parties confirm their willingness: you check the provider's information and decide you are willing to talk to them; the provider checks your problem and confirms they can provide relevant solutions. The meeting is only arranged when both parties agree. On site, the meetings are all by appointment, one-on-one, and you will sit at the corresponding table at the scheduled time.

The conversation does not end when the meeting finishes. We have set up a "demand wall" on site, where your needs and problems to be solved will be displayed, which can be seen by more technical providers with solutions. For those who did not get a chance to talk or did not have an in-depth discussion on site, don't worry - we will collect feedback after the event, follow up continuously, and connect you with the right resources.

In short, we have completed the "finding the right person" process in advance, so that all the time on site can be spent on discussing actual business.

What can you talk about here? Here are some examples

This year, we focus on two core directions - AI applications and embodied intelligence.

The reason for choosing these two directions is related to the current timing. Both of them are moving from demonstration scenarios to actual production lines this year: robots no longer only perform actions on exhibition booths, but actually start working in factories. The experience at this stage is the most valuable, because the first batch of enterprises that have achieved successful implementation and the first batch that have encountered pitfalls are emerging almost at the same time - information about which links people have stumbled on, and which seemingly insignificant conditions are actually very troublesome, cannot be found in official press releases, and can only be shared in one-on-one discussions at the tables.

Here are some simple examples of scenarios.

For AI applications, examples include customer service and work order response, internal knowledge and document retrieval, quality data analysis and anomaly judgment, as well as repeated manual links in workflows.

For embodied intelligence, examples include handling and operation assistance in factories and warehouses, guidance, distribution and inspection in commercial spaces, and so on.

These are just the tip of the iceberg. As long as you have a clear problem, with clear description of the environment, tasks and constraint conditions, you can sign up and get the opportunity to find solutions on site.

Not sure which technology to use? Then we welcome you even more

When we connected with scenario demanders before, the most frequently asked concern was: "I haven't figured out whether my problem can be solved with AI, will it look too unprofessional if I submit it?"

The answer is absolutely no.

Here, you only need to clearly describe your business problem: how this link operates now, which step you are stuck at, and what effect you want to achieve. As for the technical part, you can discuss it with technical providers during the communication, including whether the existing solution is suitable, what other conditions are needed...

Of course, to make the communication more efficient, we suggest that colleagues who are familiar with this business, can clearly describe the specific situation, and can participate in subsequent discussions or coordination come to our site. In this way, the conclusions from the discussion can be more easily brought back to the team for further promotion.

What you can take away after the coffee chat, we will make it clear in advance

If the on-site discussion goes smoothly, what you can take away can be very specific:

1. A clearer judgment on what direction to take to solve this problem;

2. A list of conditions required for implementation, including what preparations you need to make for data, environment, workflow, personnel and budget;

3. One or two technical partners that may be suitable for you, and the foundation for subsequent communication;

4. A clear next step, whether it is to continue verification, conduct on-site inspection, or put the project on hold for the time being.

Of course, the event only provides opportunities for communication and connection, and does not guarantee procurement, pilot or transaction results. The specific technical feasibility, product effect and cooperation terms shall be communicated and judged by the participating enterprises themselves.

36Kr is responsible for organization, review, matching and coordination. If the cases are used for public dissemination, prior confirmation from the involved enterprises is required, and we do not guarantee that every enterprise can get media coverage or exposure. Both parties can sign up for free, but registration or passing the review does not mean you can get a reserved meeting seat.

There is also a situation where you do not have an in-depth discussion on site. Don't worry! This trip will not be in vain - both parties can leave contact information and make an appointment for further communication. Spending a cup of coffee's time to clarify the boundary of the problem is as valuable as reaching a cooperation intention on site.

Having said so much, just sign up now!

If after reading this far, you have already thought of a specific link or a type of recurring issue in your mind, that is the content you can write down. No packaging, no overstatement. Just write it down in the usual tone your team uses: how you are doing it now, what the problem is, and what you want it to become.

The moment you write it down, you have already taken half a step forward. The remaining half step, leave it to us, and to the partner sitting opposite the table.

Sign up now, just scan the QR code at the end of the article, and then you only need to:

Submit information. Write down your business problem - the current situation, difficulties, expected improvement results, and note down the time when you definitely cannot come.

We will do the rest of the work:

36Kr review. We will conduct centralized review after the registration deadline. We will check whether the business demands of scenario demanders are specific and real, whether the solutions of technical providers are mature and have implementable cases, and balance the overall number of both parties at the same time.

Two-way matching by 36Kr. Scenario demanders that pass the review will be added to the demand list, and technical providers will be added to the matching resource pool. Both parties can view each other's information and mark the objects they intend to connect with.

Confirm the schedule with you together. Combining the intentions of both sides, we will arrange an on-site matching schedule, and send you the participant guide. After both parties confirm, the participation arrangement is officially confirmed.

Finally, on-site communication and post-event follow-up. Check in as scheduled, go to the corresponding table for communication, sort out the next steps, collect feedback after the event, and continue to follow up.

The tables are being set up, and the coffee is being brewed. Your problem deserves a serious discussion here.

WISE2026 King of Business Summit · World Cafe, we are waiting for your problem, and waiting for you to join.

(This recruitment has two independent registration channels. Please select the corresponding QR code to sign up. Submitting registration information through the wrong channel may affect subsequent review)

Special note: Registration or passing the review does not mean you can get a reserved meeting seat; the event provides communication and connection opportunities, and does not guarantee procurement, pilot or transaction results.

This matching event is connected with the "Embodied Intelligence Industry Alliance" established concurrently. The picture shows the first batch of enterprises that joined the alliance
