From several months to one week: How Zhiyue Chuangda ZAI accelerates enterprise AI deployment
Wuhan Zhiyue Chuangda Technology adopts the dual-engine architecture of "Intelligent Central Base + AI Development Framework", which shortens the delivery cycle of enterprise customized AI systems from several months to one week. At present, its products have expanded from the development platform to desktop terminals, all-in-one machines and C-end scientific research applications.
In July 2025, Wuhan Zhiyue Chuangda Technology Co., Ltd. launched ZAI (Zero to AI), an enterprise-level one-stop AI agent development platform. According to the team, enterprises can complete the development and launch of business intelligence based on this platform in as fast as only one week.
Tang Shengwu, founder of Zhiyue Chuangda, has 15 years of experience in the IT industry, and has served as architect, technical director, senior engineer and other positions. The core team is composed of a number of technical experts from well-known technology enterprises. The project started technical R&D in January 2025. The team spent half a year polishing the first version and continued to iterate afterwards. At present, it has completed the layout on four product lines: B-end platform, desktop office, software-hardware integration and C-end scientific research assistant.
I. Three Thresholds for Enterprise AI Implementation: Technology, Cost and Security
The capabilities of large models have been rapidly popularized in the past three years, but on the enterprise side, there is still a considerable gap between "being able to use AI" and "using AI well". The founder of the team summarized the common difficulties faced by enterprises into three points: First, the technical threshold is high. An available agent involves multiple links such as model invocation, knowledge base construction, tool orchestration, permission and security. It is difficult for enterprises without AI engineering experience to connect these links on their own. Second, the implementation cycle is long. The traditional customized development from demand sorting to system launch is often calculated in months, which cannot meet the timeliness requirement of business. Third, it is difficult to balance cost and security. Building a self-owned team requires large investment, while standardized SaaS products are difficult to match the personalized business processes and private data requirements of enterprises.
As a result, many enterprises' AI attempts remain at the single-point pilot stage and are difficult to enter the core business process. "Either spend a lot of money on self-development, or make do with general products". This mismatch is exactly the market gap targeted by Zhiyue Chuangda's ZAI platform.
II. Dual-engine Architecture: Shortening Agent Development to Minute Level
The technical core of ZAI is the dual-engine architecture composed of the self-developed ZAI intelligent central base and the EasyAI development framework, which solve the two problems of "standardized access" and "personalized customization" respectively.
The base is responsible for compatibility and openness: the platform supports access to mainstream large language models such as DeepSeek, Tongyi Qianwen, ERNIE, covers multiple types of structured and unstructured data sources, is compatible with Skills extensions of Agents such as OpenClaw and WorkBuddy, and supports enterprise self-defined Skills development. The development framework is responsible for efficiency: through flexible configuration, standardized components and preset scenario templates, developers can quickly combine models, data and tools without repeatedly building underlying capabilities, complete customers' personalized business customization, shorten the delivery cycle from week level to day level, and realize agile iteration and rapid implementation.
In terms of delivery form, Zhiyue Chuangda ZAI supports private deployment and all-in-one machine delivery, and provides capabilities including resource isolation, permission management, auditing, monitoring and log analysis, so as to meet the compliance requirements of enterprises for data not leaving the internal network. The platform also has a built-in agent store, covering common scenarios such as general office and document processing. Enterprises can either deploy with one click or carry out in-depth customization on this basis.
III. Platform Authorization + Customized Service: Prioritizing Knowledge-intensive Industries
In terms of target users, Zhiyue Chuangda ZAI mainly targets medium and large enterprises with clear business processes but lacking AI engineering capabilities, especially knowledge-intensive industries such as medicine, law and intellectual property, consulting, and education. The common characteristics of these scenarios are a large number of unstructured documents, strong dependence on expert experience, and high sensitivity to data security.
At present, Zhiyue Chuangda ZAI has been implemented and verified in the fields of pharmaceutical R&D, enterprise consulting, education enrollment, intellectual property and other fields. According to the team, an intellectual property company built an AI patent agent based on ZAI to automate tedious document work such as auxiliary processing of disclosure documents and specification generation. According to its internal statistics, the overall efficiency has increased by more than 30%. A pharmaceutical R&D enterprise used it to build a vertical R&D knowledge base, realizing intelligent retrieval of massive literatures and experimental data, and shortening the R&D cycle. A person in charge of an enterprise consulting customer feedbacked: "In the past, it was difficult to precipitate expert experience, and the quality of new employees' consultation was uneven. After using the exclusive knowledge base agent created by Zhiyue Chuangda ZAI, we not only realized the digital reuse of experience, but also greatly improved the speed of scheme generation and report quality, with the cost much lower than self-development."
In terms of business model, Zhiyue Chuangda adopts the combination of "platform authorization + customized service": enterprises pay the platform authorization fee at one time. According to the team, this price is far lower than the investment of enterprises in building similar systems by themselves. The team also provides services including AI implementation scheme design, project implementation assistance and after-sales upgrade, which takes into account the scale effect of standardized delivery and the unit price space of personalized customization.
IV. Formed Product Matrix: From Development Platform to Software-hardware Integration
From the first version in July 2025 to now, Zhiyue Chuangda ZAI has gone beyond the stage of "single development platform". In March 2026, ZAI 2.0 with full autonomous planning capability was launched. The agent no longer only executes according to the preset process, but can independently disassemble tasks, plan execution steps, select and call tools. The work on the enterprise side has changed from "building process" to "giving goals". In May 2026, ZAI Work for desktop office scenarios was released, covering document processing, knowledge Q&A and process automation. In the same period, Zhiyue Chuangda cooperated with hardware manufacturers to launch the ZAI agent all-in-one machine, which encapsulates the model, platform and computing power into one device, so that enterprises can access it immediately after unboxing. In August 2026, the C-end scientific research agent platform for scientific research scenarios was launched, extending the product line from B-end to C-end.
These product lines share the same set of base: ZAI Work is embedded in the daily office desktop of employees, the all-in-one machine meets the demand of data not leaving the internal network and ready-to-use, and the C-end scientific research platform is the extension of these capabilities in professional personal scenarios. For customers, the same agent can be built on the platform, called on the desktop, and run privately in the all-in-one machine. The choice of delivery form no longer comes at the cost of capability sacrifice, which is also the basis for the standardization of platform authorization fees and the on-demand pricing of customized services.
According to the team's plan, the team will expand its staff to improve delivery capacity in 2026; complete scale verification in 2027, expand B-end customers and establish channel cooperation to improve delivery efficiency and customer unit price; explore overseas expansion in 2028, export standardized SaaS and industry solutions to realize diversified revenue structure, and strive to serve more than 1000 enterprise customers by 2030.
The founder of the team said, "We technical people believe that intelligence is the underlying driving force for progress. We are not doing this project to ride the AI trend. After more than ten years of experience in the industry, we are very clear about the real pain points of enterprise transformation. Technical parameters are cold, but the pain points of B-end business are warm. We hope to transform our accumulated engineering implementation capabilities into AI tools that enterprises can afford and use well."
According to forecasts from third-party institutions such as iiMedia Research, the market size of China's enterprise-level AI agent market is expected to exceed 30 billion yuan in 2026. With the continuous release of demand for enterprise intelligent transformation, this track is still expanding rapidly, and the key to competition is shifting from model capability to engineering delivery capability.
