The announcement shows that the total amount of the underlying creditor's rights is 761.34 million yuan, with the principal of 378 million yuan. The debtors are Lijiang Snow Mountain Investment Co., Ltd. and Weifang Sunshine 100 Real Estate Co., Ltd.

The mortgaged properties include 191197.31 ㎡ of land, 7020.15 ㎡ of existing commercial properties and 20820.24 ㎡ of construction in progress of Snow Mountain Art Town located in Kaiwen and Longquan Communities, Shuhe Sub-district, Gucheng District, Lijiang City.
