The competition in computing power has extended from the number of GPUs to the dimensions of power supply, cooling and carbon emissions: Cuishan Technology builds a three-dimensional green AI computing power system with the "immersion liquid cooling + underwater data center" solution.
The Call of the Era
In the next five years, the global artificial intelligence industry will evolve from the computing power construction stage dominated by large model training, to a further development stage featuring equal emphasis on training and inference, parallel operation of ultra-large-scale clusters and edge computing, and deep integration of computing power infrastructure and energy systems. The competition for computing power no longer only depends on the number of GPUs, chip performance and cluster scale, but also on power supply, cooling capacity, data center construction cycle, energy cost, carbon emission constraints and environmental, social and governance (ESG) compliance capabilities, which provides a solid foundation and demand-driven impetus for the deployment and development of three-dimensional green AI computing power with a brand-new architecture.
Three-dimensional Green AI Computing Power Concept of Cuishan Technology
The primary foothold of AI green computing power is to achieve energy conservation and emission reduction on the premise of meeting computing power demands, and provide more cost-effective computing power. The energy conservation and emission reduction of the computing power system, apart from operations at the chip and algorithm levels, is mainly implemented by solving the problems of heat dissipation and flexible deployment. To this end, Cuishan Technology has created three fulcrum product lines to implement the AI green computing power system of this architecture: the liquid cooling and immersive liquid-cooled server product line system has more than 5 specific products in total; the underwater data center product line system has more than 16 specific models of products in total; the Web3-DCS distributed server and data center product line system has more than 7 specific models of products in total. In addition, there are some important peripheral projects that also support the foundation of the entire computing power system, such as complex cutting-edge energy and basic future computing power projects like the field-reversed configuration (FRC) nuclear fusion power system and the space data center system.

Outstanding Social Significance and Feedback
Zhai Hengliang, founder of Cuishan Technology, said that among basic computing power servers, air cooling heat dissipation has the highest cost performance when the TDP power consumption of computing power or server chips is below 200W, cold plate heat dissipation has relatively high cost performance when the TDP power consumption reaches 500W, and immersive liquid cooling heat dissipation must be considered when the TDP reaches 800W and moves towards 1000W, because the flow rate and pipeline pressure scheduling of the cold plate heat dissipation system will bring huge costs and uncontrollable risks. The fact that the inlet water temperature of the liquid cooling end of the most advanced B300 server designed by NVIDIA reaches 45 degrees Celsius also indicates that cold plate liquid cooling is gradually becoming inadequate. Even if its potential can still be tapped, the economic cost will no longer be worthwhile. The immersive liquid-cooled server invented by Cuishan Technology uses natural water for cooling, so there is no need to consider pipeline pressure and flow scheduling for the cooling effect, and it cleverly solves the problem of low reliability of the circuit of the computing power server system in the heat dissipation liquid medium. After long-term prototype testing, the actual effect completely exceeds expectations, and the modular design reduces the deployment cost.
Partial design schemes of Cuishan Technology's underwater data center modules
Cuishan Technology believes that the future of AIDC data centers will definitely be by the water or under the water. To this end, it has designed a huge number of genealogical underwater AIDC products for deployment in water systems of different forms. These underwater data centers completely solve the problem that previous underwater data centers cannot be maintained by operation and maintenance personnel during the service period, and some underwater data centers with intelligent self-lifting function can automatically surface when necessary to maintain the data center itself. Some of the invention solutions have been adopted as industry standards in China's national technical standard for underwater data centers "YD/T 6050-2024 Technical Requirements for Underwater Data Centers". Among them, the PUE value of the underwater data center can reach 1.05 under the premise of matching hydrological conditions and loads, which is far higher than the national average PUE value of 1.48 of data centers in China in 2023.

It can be calculated from this: when the PUE value of a 1GW data center drops from 1.5 to 1.05, it can save 6.48 million yuan in electricity bills per day (calculated at 0.6 yuan per kWh), and save 2.365 billion yuan in electricity bills a year, with the operational efficiency increased by 30%. Calculated based on China's average carbon dioxide emission factor of 0.5306kgCO₂/kWh per kWh of electricity in 2023, the annual carbon emission reduction reaches 2.09 million tons. The competitiveness established on this premise is world-leading carbon emission competitiveness. At the 2026 Inclusion Bund Summit held in Shanghai in September 2026, this product solution of Cuishan Technology received praise and encouragement from many foreign industry insiders.
Future and Prospects
When talking about the future, Zhai Hengliang, founder of Cuishan Technology, said: AI computing power infrastructure will become a key facility just like energy supply facilities such as oil depots and natural gas depots. From the perspective of the focus of recent international situations and conflicts, such as the Russia-Ukraine war, AI computing power centers have become the focus of war strikes, and the degree of military attention will become higher and higher in the future. The distributed deployment of AI computing power infrastructure is not only based on the demand for flexible deployment of computing-power and energy coordination similar to that in China, but also based on the potential threats of national defense and war, so distributed deployment needs to be considered from two perspectives. Cuishan Technology's flexible Web3-DCS distributed server and data center product line is a complete solution, and flexible deployment according to energy supply, network latency and national defense needs will be a rigid market that is bound to exist.

When talking about his own future, Zhai Hengliang said that from the first time he made a radio by hand in his childhood to now, he can't remember how many design inventions he has made. At present, he has invented more than 100 various patents for invention and intellectual property rights, and he expects to design and invent more than 300 sets of socially useful patented inventions and technologies by his 84th birthday, surpassing Edison's 200 personal inventions. All technologies exist to solve the efficiency problem of speed, and cannot distinguish between right and wrong, beauty and ugliness. But people with dreams can always tell this point clearly: your future depends not only on how far you can see, but also on how solidly you have stepped on the past under your feet.
Let's give a thumbs-up to Cuishan Technology's three-dimensional green AI computing power solution, to our bright future, and to the down-to-earth past.
