Bring AI into real production lines: A preview of Inovance Technology's highlights at the 2026 Industry Fair
A Lu Ban lock, composed of several wooden pieces, forms a stable whole through interlocking. The way its structure is organized determines whether all components can function in synergy. This ancient artifact also offers an intuitive entry point for understanding industrial intelligence: to integrate AI into manufacturing sites, algorithms, data and equipment must be truly interconnected.
From October 12 to 16, 2026, the China International Industry Fair will be held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). Inovance will take "Integrate Intelligence into Reality, Jointly Advance New Industrialization" as its theme, and focus on the concept of "Make Intelligence REAL" to demonstrate the paths for intelligent technologies to be embedded into industrial sites. The structural wisdom embodied by the Lu Ban lock is exactly a key clue to understand this exhibition participation.
Industrial sites have specific and strict requirements for intelligence. Whether a control command can respond in time, whether a process can run stably, and whether a set of solutions can adapt to different equipment are all directly related to the actual production performance. In response to these demands, Inovance will focus on mechanism models, agents and data management tools, and demonstrate the overall architecture that closely integrates intelligent capabilities with processes, control and production execution.
This line of thinking will be presented through the REAL architecture. From the "intelligent brain" that supports decision-making, to the "hub" that helps different systems understand and share information, then to the "nerves" that connect equipment and production line data, and finally to the "endpoints" that execute specific production tasks, the four levels correspond to reliable intelligent decision-making, efficient information collaboration, agile data connection and on-site execution optimization respectively. Visitors can follow this path to learn how an intelligent capability evolves from data and decisions to equipment actions, and is converted into actual value at the production site.
The demonstration devices on the booth will make this architecture easier to understand. The new industrial network demonstration device jointly developed by Inovance and China Unicom will present new explorations in industrial connectivity; the 128-axis real-time wireless synchronous motion control demonstration device provides an intuitive carrier for complex collaborative control. Centering on scenarios such as intelligent chemical dosing for water treatment, lithium battery tab die-cutting, and automobile manufacturing, visitors will also see how industrial technologies respond to specific process demands and find application ideas suitable for their own production lines.
On the morning of October 13, Inovance also plans to hold a solution launch event, inviting customers to share application results based on real projects. Covering more than 20 segmented industries including metallurgy, injection molding, municipal administration, automobile and ceramics, physical devices and interactive experiences will further demonstrate the capabilities of the solutions. For enterprises focusing on intelligent transformation, why customers choose a certain solution, what problems the solution solves, and what business benefits it brings are all answers worth seeking on site.
All these demonstrations will eventually return to the "Two Improvements, Four Savings, Dual Safety" proposition emphasized by Inovance: improve production efficiency and product quality, save materials, labor, space and energy consumption, ensure the safety of customer assets and protect the life safety of employees. The value of intelligent technologies will also be tested against these specific goals. From a single piece of equipment to the entire production line, from technology application to customer practice, "jointly advance" means that Inovance, together with its customers and ecological partners, will promote industrial intelligence into more real scenarios.
From October 12 to 16, at Booth C092, Hall 6.1H, National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai), Inovance invites you to visit the site and explore more possibilities for the implementation of industrial intelligence. The exhibition vehicle spot near Gate 7 of Hall 6.1H is also well worth a visit.
