"Dige Robotics" has completed a USD 400 million Series C financing round, with Linear Capital continuously increasing its stake in the company for seven consecutive rounds.

Recently, Digerobot announced the completion of a $400 million Series C financing. This round of financing is led by Mirae Asset, an internationally renowned investment institution, with strategic investment from Internet giant Meituan, joint follow-on investment from government investment platforms including Hefei State-owned Investment, Nanshan Strategic Emerging Industry Investment, and Jingquan Capital, as well as first-tier investment institutions including Cathay Capital, Huamei International Investment Group Co., Ltd., GF Xinde, BeyondMoore, and the Xinchuang Phase II Fund under Qihang Investment.

GL Ventures, 5Y Capital, Linear Capital, Huangpu River Capital, Vertex Growth under Temasek, Prosperity7, Hexuan Capital, Yunfeng Fund, Meituan Longzhu, Joyoung Family Office, Dunhong Asset, Kaiyuan Capital, Boiling Point Capital, Innoangel, Chuixin Capital, Digital Future, Gengxin Capital and many other existing shareholders have continued to increase their holdings.

This round of financing aims to strengthen the full computing power product layout of the Sunrise chip, and build a full-link software platform that runs through data collection, model training, simulation verification, and inference deployment, to meet the full-scenario development needs from mature categories to general-purpose humanoid robots with the software-hardware integrated embodied AI infrastructure, and empower the explosion of robot categories.

In the first half of 2026, Digerobot's revenue increased several times year-on-year, and the cumulative shipment of Sunrise series chips exceeded 8 million units, the embodied AI business has entered the mass production shipment stage, and the software-hardware integrated infrastructure has completed large-scale verification.

Behind the accelerated commercialization is the concentrated implementation of leading clients. Since its release in November 2025, with full-stack computing power of a single chip, high-reliability hardware design and end-cloud integrated development toolchain, the Sunrise S600 has been adopted by more than 20 leading clients including Tushi Intelligent Navigation, Qianxun Intelligence, Independent Variable Robot, Smart Boundless, Ubtech, Pasiqi Perception, Beijing Humanoid Robot Innovation Center, Humanoid Robot (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., and Xiaoyu Intelligent Manufacturing within half a year.

At present, Digerobot's client coverage in the embodied AI field has exceeded 50%, and the cooperation of Sunrise S600 covers multiple fields including humanoid robots, industrial wheeled robots, 3C flexible operation, embodied large models, and full-modal perception, and most of the projects have entered the mass production shipment stage.

With the accelerated implementation of embodied AI in multiple scenarios, Digerobot is becoming a key backbone supporting the development of the industry with its software-hardware integrated infrastructure, empowering more embodied AI products to move from technical verification to large-scale mass production, and working with industry partners to promote the maturity of the embodied AI industry.
