Today, the official website of Beijing Municipal Commission of Planning and Natural Resources released the list of the 11th batch of proposed commercial residential land supply in 2026, covering a total of 4 plots, with a land area of about 19 hectares and a total construction scale of about 230,000 square meters. The above lands are planned to be supplied in the near future.

This batch of list focuses on lands with mature supporting facilities around waterfront spaces and rail micro-centers in new urban areas. Relying on high-quality ecological environment and convenient transportation conditions, it will promote the improvement of residential quality, boost station-city integration and balance between working and living. Among them, there are 2 plots in the multi-point plain area (1 plot each in Changping District and Economic Development Zone), and 2 plots in the ecological conservation area (1 plot each in Huairou District and Yanqing District). Relevant responsible persons stated that in the next step, the land transfer conditions will be further optimized in accordance with the relevant requirements of the *Notice on Improving the Commercial Housing Sales System* jointly issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the Ministry of Natural Resources, and the State Administration of Financial Regulation.
