In 2026, industrial investment has entered uncharted waters, with capital, technology and industries integrating at an accelerated pace. The old investment logic is no longer applicable, and a new consensus is taking shape. The 2026 Industrial Future Conference focuses on opportunities in the new cycle, and jointly explores the future of the industry and the birth of the "Light of China". From September 9 to 10, the 2026 Industrial Future Conference hosted by 36Kr was held in Yizhuang, Beijing with the theme of "Above Deep Waters, Resonate for New Birth". Representatives from state-owned capital platforms, industrial investment funds, corporate CVCs, innovative enterprises, as well as experts and scholars gathered together, focusing on the industrialization of future industries such as quantum technology. The conference conducted in-depth discussions on cutting-edge technologies and industrial perspectives at the current stage, showcased breakthroughs in technical routes such as superconductivity, photonic quantum, and ion trap, shared a large number of specific industrial scenarios, industrial system construction, and the prospects of heterogeneous computing, and jointly explored the future of technology industrial investment.

Zhang Jingfeng: Hello everyone. The previous several executives shared their reports more from the technical perspective, and I will mainly share my insights from the perspectives of capital, financing and listing.
Our company currently has two distinct labels: one is China's first "photonic quantum chip" solution provider, and the other is "pioneer of quantum countermeasures". I will introduce the implications behind these two labels in detail later.
Leveraging breakthroughs in the basic process and materials of photonic quantum chips, our company has independently developed three core chips and one ion trap module, based on which we have built a series of products covering the fields of quantum communication, quantum measurement, quantum countermeasures and quantum computing. At present, our main business is concentrated in the fields of quantum communication and quantum measurement; in the field of quantum computing, we focus on the R&D of core devices, providing core components such as quantum chips and refrigerators as well as basic technical support for full-stack quantum computing teams.
In the field of quantum countermeasures, we are one of only two entities worldwide and the only one in China that is engaged in this business. The term "quantum countermeasures" is a word we created by extending the concept of "electronic countermeasures" and integrating quantum technology into traditional radars, which is mainly applied to radar scenarios. Simply put, at the current stage, our main business is still quantum communication and quantum measurement; in terms of quantum computing, we only serve complete quantum computing teams, doing the basic work of "selling water and hoes" for the industry. In the future, we also aim to make quantum countermeasures our flagship product.
Up to now, the company has obtained more than 80 authorized invention patents and over 20 software copyrights, with qualifications including commercial cipher product certification and certification from the Ministry of Public Security. We are a member or governing unit of organizations such as the Quantum Cryptography Standard Group of China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, the National Cryptography Standardization Technical Committee, and the China Information Security Association.
About the company's team. Dr. Zhao Yibo, founder and chairman of the company, completed his undergraduate, master's and doctoral studies at the University of Science and Technology of China. He is also a fellow of the European Academy of Engineering, a fellow of the National Academy of Artificial Intelligence of the United States, a leading talent in scientific and technological innovation of the 2026 "High-level Talent Aggregation Program", head of the Beijing Quantum Security Application Working Group, director of the Quantum Sensing and Intelligent System Research Center of Huzhou Institute of Zhejiang University, and deputy director of the Yunnan Key Laboratory of Quantum Information. He has also received honors such as Anhui Provincial Leading Technical Talent, Anhui May 4th Youth Medal, and Top 10 Outstanding Figures in the ICT Industry in 2022. He has rich experience in both technology and industry, and has made many technical breakthroughs, such as developing the world's first commercial quantum cipher communication device and quantum cipher networking device, making the first breakthrough in the wavelength division multiplexing hybrid transmission technology for quantum communication, launching the first vacuum noise chip, and building the world's first quantum government network. He is also the first person in China to launch the single-photon detection array and quantum countermeasure radar. He used to be the founding general manager of China's first quantum company, and the chief scientist of a NEEQ-listed quantum company, who built the company's quantum communication product system and is one of the earliest pioneers of quantum communication industrialization in China.
The core team members of the company mainly come from top universities such as Tsinghua University, Peking University, University of Science and Technology of China, Xi'an Jiaotong University, and China University of Geosciences, with strong complementary disciplines and rich experience in industrial collaboration.
About the company's products and advantages. The vacuum noise quantum random number chip first released globally by our company is currently the only quantum chip in China that can resist side-channel attacks such as power ripple. Its patented system is one of the only three phase-encoding QKD patent systems in the world. The product mainly integrates the functions of vacuum noise signal generation, modulation, transmission, demodulation and detection into one single chip, breaking through the limitations of process, materials and algorithms. It takes the lead in realizing chip-based design, integration and miniaturization in China, which improves reliability and reduces costs.
Our core component in the field of quantum communication, the quantum key distribution system, is mainly based on the decoy state distribution protocol, which can realize high-reliability key distribution at the hundred-kilometer level, with independent intellectual property rights.
In the direction of quantum countermeasures, the company has mastered the preparation process of type II superlattice materials with high yield, which has broad application value in detection fields such as atmospheric remote sensing, infrared guidance and infrared early warning. It can also be applied in scenarios such as space exploration, satellite remote sensing and missile defense, and can provide more accurate information than traditional detectors.
The company's exclusive quantum countermeasure product innovatively integrates the quantum entanglement effect with traditional radar technology, which effectively solves the common industry pain points that traditional radars are vulnerable to interference and prone to misjudgment, and has important application value in fields such as security monitoring and airspace perception. The relevant core technical achievements were published at the same time as those of world-leading research institutions including the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Aviation & Missile Center and the U.S. Army Research Laboratory (ARL), drawing wide attention from the industry. The market is still in the early cultivation stage at present, and it is expected to become the company's flagship product in the future.
Our core chip in the field of quantum computing, the photonic quantum processing chip, mainly uses photons as the basic unit of information transmission, and integrates the modulation and demodulation of quantum states into the chip. It has the characteristics of high stability, high integration, low cost and easy to use, solves various problems such as easy decoherence caused by noise and difficult fault tolerance, can be widely used in the fields of quantum computing, quantum communication, quantum measurement and quantum countermeasures, and mainly breaks through various bottlenecks in materials and processes.
The technical achievements of Guoguang Quantum have been verified in many national key projects. Here we will focus on introducing several landmark projects that the company has won the bid for recently, including 7 national-level projects, 3 of which are national "Jie Bang Gua Shuai" (public bidding for critical core technologies) projects, mainly involving quantum encryption and quantum measurement. In addition, we jointly built the first quantum substation project in Beijing with State Grid Beijing Electric Power Co., Ltd. and the Electric Power Research Institute; undertook the upgrade service of the Gansu State Grid cloud dispatching cipher system; cooperated with ZTE and Huzhou Institute of Zhejiang University to carry out 6G and Wi-Fi pre-research projects; and implemented the "Quantum Encryption and Ultra-high Loss Optical Communication System Development and Application" project in Haidian District.
About the company's performance. Founded in 2021, the company has maintained rapid growth in performance since its establishment, with annual revenue doubling year after year. It is estimated that the revenue scale in 2026 is expected to exceed 70 million yuan. The company plans to launch the application for listing on the Sci-Tech Innovation Board (STAR Market) in 2029-2030, and strive to be listed on the STAR Market in 2030-2031.
The current round of financing plan: The company's previous round of financing has been successfully completed, and the new round of financing plan is being carried out in an orderly manner. The exact financing time, valuation and financing amount are currently under discussion. Exit method: We hope to be listed on the STAR Market.
