Beiken Technology Solves the Difficulties of Manufacturing Industry Data Inclusion in Financial Statements and Seeks Seed Round Financing

Against the background that data factors have been classified as production factors and become a new variable driving the transformation of the manufacturing industry, a Xiamen-based company tries to use a complete full-link system to solve the long-standing problems of manufacturing enterprises: "unclear data definition, unrecordable assets, inaccurate value estimation and unsmooth transactions". The full-link operation platform for industrial data assets built by Xiamen Beiken Culture Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Beiken Technology") connects three businesses: operation and maintenance of robots and drones, embodied intelligent data training, and data asset operation into a closed loop, so that the working condition data generated by equipment in daily operation can finally be converted into confirmable, measurable and financeable assets on the corporate financial statements. The Undervalued Market of Manufacturing Data Assetization

The Provisional Provisions on Accounting Treatment of Enterprise Data Resources issued by the Ministry of Finance has come into force on January 1, 2024, which provides a clear accounting treatment basis for the inclusion of data assets in financial statements, and is regarded as the watershed for the industry to move from "concept" to "deliverable". Public data shows that the scale of China's data trading industry has exceeded 2 trillion yuan in 2025, and is expected to break through 2.5 trillion yuan in 2026. The policy support is also clear: the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology provides a maximum of 40% project investment subsidy for the construction of high-quality data sets in 6 key areas, and "high-end intelligent manufacturing industrial data sets" are clearly included in the supported directions, covering typical industrial scenarios such as production process optimization, predictive equipment maintenance, quality inspection, and digital twin.

However, while the demand is released rapidly, there is an obvious mismatch on the supply side. Tu Hang, founder of Beiken Technology and executive dean of the Advanced Manufacturing Research Institute, has long been deeply engaged in the digital transformation of manufacturing industry and data assetization, and has led a number of intelligent manufacturing consulting and data inclusion in financial statements projects. He observed that most data asset service institutions on the market can only provide single-point services: consulting companies provide plans, law firms provide right confirmation opinions, evaluation institutions issue reports, and accounting firms complete the data entry into statements. Customers need to splice the whole process by themselves, which features long chain, high communication cost and blurred responsibility boundary. More critically, the data of manufacturing enterprises under real working conditions including long-cycle operation, performance degradation, fault occurrence and maintenance disposal has always been a scarce resource in the industry. Such data is scattered in millions of deployed devices, and only the party that masters the operation and maintenance network can continuously obtain it.

Full-link Solution with Operation and Maintenance as the Entry Point

The solution provided by Beiken Technology is to integrate the three businesses into a closed loop. The operation and maintenance of robots and drones acts as the data entry point. By serving industrial robots, mechanical arms, AGV/AMR and industrial-grade drones, it obtains exclusive real working condition data of long-term operation, performance degradation, faults and maintenance of existing equipment. Embodied intelligent data training acts as the processing center, polishing these original data into high-quality data sets that can be used for model training. Data asset operation serves as the value export, completing the right confirmation, pricing, statement inclusion, transaction and realization of data assets. The realized revenue will feed back the expansion of the operation and maintenance network, forming a flywheel effect of "operation and maintenance means data collection, and data means asset".

The three businesses are mutually causal. Operation and maintenance, viewed separately, is a traditional business with low frequency, labor intensity and low gross profit margin, but in the closed loop, it is the only entry point that can continuously and low-cost obtain real industrial working condition data. Although data asset operation has the highest gross profit margin, it is easy to fall into price war once it is separated from exclusive data sources. This is also the reason why Beiken Technology insists on laying out the three businesses at the same time.

Supporting this closed loop is a set of deliverable methodology, that is, the "five-step transformation + three-step implementation" system: through the five-step transformation path of business data digitization, data resourceization, resource productization, product assetization, and asset factorization, following the three-step path of "forming original assets through statement inclusion, generating intangible asset income, and building a stock asset pool", and matching with the "1+1+2+1" implementation architecture, which is to sort out one directory, build one market, construct two sets of platforms, and maintain one identifier. Commercialization Path Starting from Fujian

Beiken Technology chooses Fujian as its starting point. As an important manufacturing base in China, Putian and Jinjiang alone gather more than 10,000 shoe and clothing manufacturing enterprises, with dense demand for data assetization. Coupled with the policy support of Fujian's "Maritime Silk Road Data Hub" construction, it provides a natural starting scenario for the project. At present, the company has been listed on Xiamen Equity Trading Center for Cross-strait Enterprises (enterprise code: 864016), selected into the second batch of data enterprises in the database of Fujian Provincial Data Administration Bureau, participated in the compilation of more than 18 industry white papers, completed 6 professional works, holds 5 software copyrights related to big data, and the proportion of technical personnel exceeds 86%.

In terms of business model, the company's revenue consists of three parts: data asset operation, embodied intelligent data training, robot and drone operation and maintenance, which are charged according to project service fee, data set licensing fee and platform service fee respectively. It is expected that the proportion of the three businesses will reach 50:25:25 by 2029, realizing an operating revenue of 14 million yuan and a net profit of 2.89 million yuan. At the operation level, the asset-light "small core + large periphery" model is adopted, with the own core team controlled at 6 to 8 people, and professional links such as data governance, legal right confirmation, asset evaluation and audit verification are flexibly supported by external experts and ecological partners. It is expected that this round of 2 million yuan financing can support 22 to 24 months of operation runway.

According to the plan, after the seed round funds are in place, Beiken Technology will complete the full-link delivery of two benchmark manufacturing customers in Fujian by the fourth quarter of 2027, form a veritable unit economic model, and then launch the angel round financing. After the verification is completed, the model will be gradually replicated to other industrial belts in Fujian and neighboring provinces, and finally export the standardized methodology to manufacturing clusters such as the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta.

Talking about his entrepreneurial judgment, Tu Hang said that data factors are not castles in the air. They must be rooted in industrial scenarios, find data sources that others cannot obtain, and get through the full link from data to assets, so as to create real value.
