Are Feishu and DingTalk in danger? "Weiyang Management": Generate workflows in 40 seconds, with an annual fee of only 1800.
AI-Native System Solves Office Pain Points of MSMEs, Chengming Technology Seeks Financing
—— "Weiyang Management" Angel Round Financing Project Bulletin
Launched by Taiyuan Chengming Technology, "Weiyang Management", an AI-native enterprise office operating system, is cutting into the digital market of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises with a brand-new product idea. Different from the traditional way of superimposing AI assistants on existing management software, Weiyang Management breaks down office capabilities such as organization & personnel management, attendance checking, approval, file management, and event notification into atomic modules that can be directly called by AI, enabling business personnel to generate a set of operable office processes in just tens of seconds with only a natural language description. At present, the project has completed early development and entered the testing phase, and is officially seeking 5 million RMB angel round financing from the market.
MSMEs "Trapped" by Excel and WeChat Groups
China's enterprise-level SaaS market has long maintained a compound annual growth rate of more than 20%, and the market size is expected to exceed 250 billion RMB in 2026, but this incremental dividend is mostly absorbed by large leading enterprises. The vast majority of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, which account for the main body of the market, still stay in the extensive state of Excel spreadsheets and WeChat group collaboration in daily office management, with relatively weak digital foundation.
There has long been a structural gap in office management services for this group: although general collaboration platforms are easy to get started with, their business functions are relatively thin; vertical ERPs have complete functions, but their prices and implementation costs are prohibitive for ordinary small and medium-sized enterprises, and the adjustment of one approval process often takes weeks to deliver, costing thousands of yuan in development fees. Public data shows that there are more than 63 million MSMEs in China at present, among which there are about 2.5 million to 4 million target customers with a scale of 10 to 200 people, corresponding to a total target market space of 4.5 billion to 7.2 billion RMB, and the addressable market size is about 1.8 billion to 2.9 billion RMB. The superposition of low penetration rate and huge base together forms the opportunity window for Weiyang Management to enter the market.
AI-Native Architecture: Splitting Office Capabilities into Callable Atomic Modules
The core difference of Weiyang Management lies in its product architecture. The project abstracts high-frequency office capabilities such as organization & personnel management, attendance checking, approval, file management, and event notification into a batch of atomic modules with standardized Schema descriptions, and each module clearly marks the input and output rules, permission requirements and side effect declarations. AI does not need to understand specific business logic, and can complete the call only by reading the module Schema, thus realizing full-process automation of intent understanding, module selection, parameter filling and process compilation.
After business personnel describe the requirements in natural language, an operable process can be generated in an average of about 40 seconds, compressing the traditional two-week delivery cycle to less than one minute. Wang Zexin, the founder, introduced that the team spent more than a year iterating and perfecting this set of module Schema. At present, the one-time success rate of AI orchestration in internal tests reaches 68%. When the orchestration fails, the system will automatically downgrade to manual form configuration to avoid business interruption. In terms of cost control, Weiyang Management achieves a cache hit rate of more than 70% through structured Prompt, and the cost of cache hit is only about 1/120 of that of cache miss. It also uses small model routing to divert simple tasks, so the comprehensive AI cost is reduced by more than two-thirds compared with similar solutions. The superposition of the above measures constitutes a competitive barrier that is difficult to replicate in the short term.
Charging by Enterprise and AI Call Volume, Targeting a Service Scale of Nearly 30 Million RMB in Three Years
In terms of commercialization, Weiyang Management charges by "enterprise" instead of "headcount", and the flagship tier has no limit on the number of people, which fits the reality of flexible employment of small and medium-sized enterprises. For an enterprise with a scale of 50 people, its total annual cost is about 1800 RMB, which saves about 82%, 97.5% and 72% respectively compared with mainstream products such as DingTalk, Lark and Yonyou Chanjet, with obvious price advantages. In addition to subscription payment, the project creatively takes AI call volume as an independent billing dimension, transforming AI from a pure cost item into a revenue growth engine. The annual fees of the standard tier, professional tier and flagship tier are 1000 RMB, 1800 RMB and 3000 RMB respectively, and the excess calls are billed in a stepwise manner at 0.03 to 0.05 RMB per call.
According to the project calculation, the natural upgrade of old customers can support the net revenue retention rate to be stable at 105% to 110%, the LTV/CAC reaches 6.3 times, and the payback period of customer acquisition cost is about 6.3 months. The unit economic model is better than the threshold of the venture capital industry, and it is expected to achieve a service scale of 18 million to 29 million RMB in three years.
In terms of team and progress, founder Wang Zexin has full-stack development capabilities, independently completed the main product development after the project was established on May 1, 2026, and finished early development and entered the testing phase in only three months. Core modules such as AI orchestration engine, DSL process engine, event-driven architecture and multi-tenant RLS isolation have been built. At present, the core founding members have been in place, and the pre-sales, R&D and sales positions will be supplemented after the financing is completed.
According to the plan, Weiyang Management will launch public beta in the third quarter of 2026. The first 1000 enterprises in the first year can enjoy the preferential price of 600 RMB/year locked for three years. The official commercialization will start in the fourth quarter, and third-party module access will be opened gradually later to expand vertical industry solutions. This round of financing is 5 million RMB with 20% equity transfer. The funds will be prioritized to build the pre-sales and customer success teams, and continue to invest in product iteration and market promotion, which can support about 18 months of operation. It is expected to achieve an annual revenue of 51 million RMB and a net profit margin of 16% in 2029.
