Under the in-depth popularization of the digital economy, massive internet users have accumulated digital traces such as social accounts, virtual assets and private images, but after the natural person passes away, these digital heritage often fall into a disposal vacuum. New demand for digital posthumous custody spawned by multiple practical contradictions
According to the data from the 56th Statistical Report on the Development of China's Internet Network released by CNNIC, as of June 2025, the number of internet users in China has reached 1.123 billion, with an internet penetration rate of 79.7%. A large number of users have long accumulated diverse personal digital content and virtual property in cyberspace. Combined with the public population data of the National Bureau of Statistics, the annual death population in China has maintained a scale of 10 million in recent years, and the total death population in 2025 was 11.31 million. The first generation of deep internet users are gradually entering old age, and the demand for digital posthumous disposal will continue to expand every year.
At the legal level, Article 127 of the Civil Code establishes the principle that data and online virtual property are protected by law, and Article 1122 clearly stipulates that heritage includes property legally obtained by natural persons, which provides a principled legal basis for the disposal of digital heritage. In December 2025, the Supreme People's Court revised the Provisions on the Causes of Civil Cases, adding a first-level cause of action "disputes over data and online virtual property", so that disputes over virtual property ownership and infringement have an independent judicial acceptance channel. However, there are still difficulties in practice: the personal attribute and property attribute of social accounts are mixed, practical obstacles such as platform agreements, key acquisition and confirmation of inheritance subjects are widespread, and it is difficult for ordinary family members to independently complete the whole process of digital asset right confirmation, realization and private data cleaning.
At the market end, industry survey data shows that the annual growth rate of domestic digital heritage disposal demand exceeds 30%, and the potential market size exceeds 100 billion yuan. Most of the relevant service providers on the current market only provide a single function, either only digital will archiving, or only scattered data destruction, and there is a lack of integrated services that can take into account privacy protection, asset disposal, cultural retention and personality reproduction at the same time. Four-in-one comprehensive solution to build a service system that takes into account technology and humanity
Different from the fragmented service mode of the market, the Quantum Symbiosis Plan designs a complete four-in-one service system, which corresponds to four major sections: traceless destruction of full-domain digital data, compliant disposal and realization of all categories of digital assets, exclusive private life documentary, and permanent reproduction of AI real digital human, taking into account the four major demands of security, wealth, memory and emotion.
In the privacy destruction section, the project adopts military-grade data shredding technology, covering both physical hardware such as mobile phones and hard disks, and online account data such as social platforms and cloud disks. The service execution sets a standardized process: customers fill in the destruction authorization list during their lifetime to distinguish the data that needs to be retained and the data that needs to be completely cleared; when the execution is triggered, three verifications of death certificate, relative confirmation and dual keys are required to avoid the risk of misoperation; the destruction is completed through multi-layer software shredding combined with physical degaussing and disassembly of hardware, and the whole process is videotaped and notarized synchronously, and a compliance certificate is issued. The team signs a lifelong confidentiality agreement and assumes corresponding legal responsibilities for the whole processing process.
The digital asset disposal section covers multiple categories such as encrypted assets, game cultural and entertainment assets, self-media commercial assets, and platform stored value assets. The project will complete one-to-one asset filing for customers before their lifetime, sort out the asset list, record key information and complete encrypted archiving, and agree in advance the disposal direction of asset realization, transfer to relatives or donation and storage. The first one is the private life documentary, which breaks the industry status that biographies are only for celebrities, sets different levels of basic documentation, in-depth customization and ultimate collection, and produces exclusive documentary films ranging from several minutes to tens of minutes through character interviews, old material integration and on-site follow-up shooting, which can deliver both physical storage media and cloud encrypted archiving versions. The second is the permanent reproduction of AI real digital human, relying on 3D face scanning and voiceprint collection, inputting personal experience, personality and habits, training an exclusive large model in a targeted manner to reproduce the character's appearance, voice line and thinking logic, which is divided into static basic version, dynamic interactive version and collection lifelong operation and maintenance version. The whole set of business sets up a strict risk control framework. In terms of business model, the Quantum Symbiosis Plan builds a multi-level revenue structure, adopting the mode of annual subscription fee, one-time customized service fee, asset realization share and value-added service combination. The traceless data destruction service charges an annual file operation and maintenance fee of 365 yuan per year, and a one-time pre-deposit of 3000‑4000 yuan for travel and execution expenses, which will be refunded for any excess or supplemented for any deficit after the subsequent service is completed; no fixed annual fee is charged for digital asset disposal, and a service fee of 5%‑10% is drawn after the asset is delivered; the price range of the life documentary is 50,000‑500,000 yuan, and the one-time cost range of AI real digital human reproduction is 500,000‑1,000,000 yuan. Both categories are set with different levels to meet differentiated needs, and at the same time, derivative value-added services such as AI cloud operation and maintenance, material update, digital will notarization, and physical commemorative peripherals can be purchased separately. According to the plan, the complete team of technology, legal affairs, shooting and AI modeling will be built within 1 year in the short term, the whole business closed loop will be run through, and the standardized SOP will be output; in the medium term, the regional brand will be built in 2‑3 years, and city partners will be opened to expand the national reservation; in the long term, an exclusive cloud service platform will be built in 3‑5 years to create a benchmark in China's digital posthumous affairs track.
