Existing shareholders such as Southern Asset Management, Sichuan Venture Capital, Bojia Capital, Zhengfang Investment, Changshi Capital, and Qiancheng Capital continued to increase their stakes in this round, fully demonstrating confidence in the company's development prospects. The company has completed two rounds of financing within half a year.
At present, quantum technology has been included as a key future industry in the national "15th Five-Year Plan". As the core "neural center" of quantum computers, quantum computing measurement and control is a key bridge and foundation for realizing dedicated and fault-tolerant general quantum computers, and promoting the industrialized implementation of the integration of quantum computing, classical supercomputing and intelligent computing (quantum-supercomputing-intelligence integrated computing power).
The proceeds from this round of financing will be mainly used for in-depth R&D and commercialization of key multi-system quantum measurement and control technologies under the quantum-supercomputing-intelligence integrated scenario, as well as technical iteration and platform construction of quantum chip test platforms, to continuously consolidate the company's deep technical barriers and leading market position in the quantum computing measurement and control track, and accelerate the transition of quantum computing from laboratory to industrial practical application.
Deeply cultivating the quantum computing measurement and control track to build a fully independent and controllable measurement and control technology system
Founded in 2017, the company is one of the earliest domestic technology enterprises focusing on and realizing the R&D and industrialization of multi-system quantum computing measurement and control technologies. Its products cover several core segments including room-temperature measurement and control systems, cryogenic measurement and control chips and devices, chip-scale molecular clocks, quantum measurement and control software, and test platforms, with a deep focus on measurement and control to form a connected independent and controllable layout covering measurement and control systems, chips and software.
As the "neural center" of quantum computers, the measurement and control system is similar to the motherboard of classical computers, undertaking the core functions of quantum bit signal generation, precise manipulation and real-time status reading. Its performance directly affects the overall performance of quantum computers, making it a necessary foundational link for all technical routes of quantum computing. The independently developed ZW-QCS580 fast-feedback quantum computing measurement and control system supports full-process manipulation for quantum error correction and kilobit-level quantum computers, with core performance indicators reaching the international advanced level and measurement and control efficiency improved by more than 10 times. It is the first fast-feedback measurement and control system in China that has passed the integration and verification of large-scale quantum computing system complete machines.
In the field of ultra-low temperature measurement and control chips, the company has launched the "Shushan" series of cryogenic CMOS quantum measurement and control chip sets, including the "Gongga" superconducting qubit manipulation chip, the "Emei" superconducting qubit reading chip, and the "Xiling" silicon-based qubit manipulation chip, which can realize high-fidelity quantum state manipulation and reading under the ultra-low temperature of 4K, completely breaking the foreign technological monopoly. Among them, the "Xiling" chip, as the world's first high-precision silicon-based qubit manipulation chip, has been successively presented at ISSCC, the top international conference on solid-state circuits, and IEEE JSSCC, the top journal of integrated circuits, and has been specially recommended by *Nature Electronics* and selected as the international annual highlight in the field of quantum computing chips.
Cryogenic low-noise amplifier is the core device required for quantum computing reading, which has long been subject to international embargo. Through original innovation and continuous iteration, the company has achieved a three-stage leap in just a few years: from solving the domestic availability problem, to reaching the same performance as international competing products, and then surpassing international competing products. Its average noise temperature index is equivalent to that of international competing products, while its power consumption is only one fifth of that of international competing products, and its volume is further reduced to 70% of that of international competing products. This product has been highly recognized and widely used by customers at home and abroad.
As early as 2023, the company took the lead in China to carry out research on quantum measurement and control and classical high-speed interconnection technology oriented to "quantum-supercomputing-intelligence integrated computing power", creating an integrated quantum-supercomputing-intelligence integrated computing solution. Aiming at the industry pain point of inefficient scheduling of quantum and classical computing power, the company solves the connection problem between quantum computing, classical supercomputing and intelligent computing through self-developed quantum-supercomputing-intelligence integrated measurement and control components. In May 2026, the "typical case of quantum computing measurement and control system and its core chips" of Zhongwei Daxin was successfully selected into the "2025 Typical Application Cases of Advanced Computing Empowering New Quality Productive Forces" issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, becoming one of only two selected entities in the national quantum technology field.
Focus on two strategic directions to consolidate the large-scale foundation of the quantum industry
After the completion of this round of financing, the company will concentrate resources to implement two strategic directions:
The first is the R&D of key multi-system quantum measurement and control technologies and the construction of verification platforms under the quantum-supercomputing-intelligence integrated scenario. The company will continuously iterate qubit manipulation, measurement system and chip technologies, strengthen the R&D of quantum-supercomputing-intelligence classical high-speed interconnection technology, develop the quantum-supercomputing-intelligence integrated scheduling architecture and software, build the verification platform for the above key technologies, and promote the transformation of quantum technology from scientific research to industrial general productive forces.
The second is the upgrade of the quantum chip test platform. Aiming at the current industry pain points such as long test and calibration cycle of quantum chips, insufficient test consistency and low accuracy, the company will further improve the calibration and test technology, expand the channel scale and parallel processing capacity of the test and calibration platform, shorten the verification cycle of quantum chips from tape-out to availability, and provide key infrastructure and equipment support for the large-scale mass production of quantum computing.
