Recently, the company has completed a Series B financing of several hundred million yuan. This round of financing was jointly led by Capital Fund, Shenergy Chengyi, Guotai Haitong Zhengyu Investment, CICC Capital, and existing shareholder Jober Capital. Investment institutions including CSC Investment, Oriental Fortune Capital, Yicun Capital, Foron Investment, Peak Capital, Juntong Capital, Jingtao Investment, and Rongyi Capital participated in the financing. Existing shareholders including Nanfang Asset, Sichuan Venture Capital, Bojia Capital, Zhengfang Investment, Changshi Capital, and Qiancheng Capital continued to increase their holdings in this round, fully demonstrating their confidence in the company's development. The company has completed two rounds of financing within half a year.
At present, quantum technology has been included as a key future industry in the national "15th Five-Year Plan". As the core "neural center" of quantum computers, quantum computing measurement and control is the key bridge and foundation for realizing special-purpose and fault-tolerant general-purpose quantum computers, and promoting the industrial implementation of the integration of quantum computing, classical supercomputing and intelligent computing (quantum-supercomputing-intelligent integrated computing power).
This round of financing will be mainly used for in-depth R&D and commercial implementation of key multi-system quantum measurement and control technologies under the quantum-supercomputing-intelligent integration scenario, as well as technical iteration and platform construction of the quantum chip test platform. It will continue to consolidate the company's deep technical barriers and leading market position in the quantum computing measurement and control track, and accelerate the transformation of quantum computing from laboratory research to industrial practical application.
Deeply cultivating the quantum computing measurement and control track, and building an independent and controllable measurement and control technology system in a penetrating manner
Founded in 2017, the company is the earliest technology company in China that focuses on and realizes the R&D and industrialization of multi-system quantum computing measurement and control technologies. Its products cover several core sectors including room-temperature measurement and control systems, low-temperature measurement and control chips and devices, chip-scale molecular clocks, quantum measurement and control software, and test platforms. It focuses deeply on measurement and control and has formed a connected independent and controllable layout covering measurement and control systems, chips and software.
As the "neural center" of quantum computers, the measurement and control system is similar to the motherboard of classical computers, undertaking the core functions of quantum bit signal generation, precise manipulation and real-time state readout. Its performance directly affects the overall performance of quantum computers, and is an essential supporting link for all technical routes of quantum computing. The independently developed ZW-QCS580 fast-feedback quantum computing measurement and control system supports full-process manipulation of quantum error correction and kilobit-level quantum computers, with core performance indicators reaching the international advanced level and the measurement and control efficiency improved by more than 10 times. It is the first fast-feedback measurement and control system in China that has passed the integrated verification of large-scale quantum computer systems.
In the field of ultra-low temperature measurement and control chips, the company has launched the "Shushan" series of low-temperature CMOS quantum measurement and control chip sets, including the "Gongga" superconducting qubit manipulation chip, the "Emei" superconducting qubit readout chip, and the "Xiling" silicon-based qubit manipulation chip. It can realize high-fidelity quantum state manipulation and readout in a 4K ultra-low temperature environment, completely breaking foreign technological monopolies. Among them, the "Xiling" chip, as the world's first high-precision silicon-based qubit manipulation chip, has been successively presented at ISSCC, the top international conference on solid-state circuits, and IEEE JSSC, the top journal of integrated circuits. It has also been specially recommended by *Nature Electronics* and selected as the international annual highlight in the field of quantum computing chips.
Low-temperature low-noise amplifiers are core devices required for quantum computing readout, and have long been subject to international embargoes. The company has carried out original innovation and continuous iteration, and in just a few years, it has achieved three leaps: from solving the problem of domestic availability, to matching the performance of international competitors, and then surpassing international competitors. Its average noise temperature index is equivalent to that of international competitors, the power consumption is only one fifth of that of international competitors, and the volume is further reduced to 70% of that of international competitors. This product has been highly recognized and widely used by customers at home and abroad.
In 2023, the company took the lead in China to carry out research on quantum measurement and control and classical high-speed interconnection technologies "for quantum-supercomputing-intelligent integrated computing power", and created an integrated quantum-supercomputing-intelligent integrated computing solution. Aiming at the industry pain point of inefficient quantum and classical computing power scheduling, it solves the connection problem between quantum computing, classical supercomputing and intelligent computing through self-developed quantum-supercomputing-intelligent integrated measurement and control components. In May 2026, the "Typical Case of Zhongwei Daxin Quantum Computing Measurement and Control System and Its Core Chips" was successfully selected into the "2025 Typical Application Cases of Advanced Computing Empowering New Quality Productive Forces" issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, becoming one of the only two selected entities in the national quantum technology field.
Focusing on two strategic directions to consolidate the large-scale foundation of the quantum industry
After the completion of this round of financing, the company will concentrate resources to implement two strategic directions:
The first is the R&D of key multi-system quantum measurement and control technologies and the construction of verification platforms under the quantum-supercomputing-intelligent integration scenario. The company will continue to iterate qubit manipulation, measurement system and chip technologies, strengthen the R&D of quantum-supercomputing-intelligent classical high-speed interconnection technologies, carry out the development of quantum-supercomputing-intelligent integrated scheduling architecture and software, and build the above key technology verification platforms, so as to promote the transformation of quantum technology from scientific research to industrial general productive forces.
The second is the upgrade of the quantum chip test platform. Aiming at the current industry pain points such as long quantum chip test and calibration cycle, insufficient test consistency and low accuracy, the company will further improve the calibration and test technology, expand the channel scale and parallel processing capacity of the test and calibration platform, shorten the verification cycle of quantum chips from tape-out to availability, and provide key infrastructure and equipment support for the large-scale mass production of quantum computing.
