Chai Jie, the founder of Superpure Applied Materials, graduated from the Radio Technology major of Nanjing University of Science and Technology. He has been deeply engaged in the field of surface treatment and material technology management for more than 20 years, and has accumulated rich industry technology and application experience. In 2005, he founded Superpure Applied Materials.
According to the prospectus, Superpure Applied Materials is an enterprise focusing on special coating processes and their related technologies and materials, mainly serving the fields of chip manufacturing, precision optics, etc., providing precision component products and services after material modification, precision surface processing, precision cleaning and special coating processes. In July this year, Superpure Applied Materials officially submitted its prospectus.
Up to now, the products of Superpure Applied Materials cover the front-end and back-end processes of wafer manufacturing and the field of silicon epitaxial wafers, and have achieved prominent technical advantages in the fields of etching, photolithography, metrology and inspection, annealing, thin film deposition, etc. It has achieved small-batch mass production or obtained customer verification in the fields of diffusion, ion implantation, bonding and advanced packaging, and has achieved technical breakthroughs in key component products in the field of silicon epitaxial wafers.
In addition, relying on its technical accumulation and continuous innovation in the field of precision optics, the company provides laser optical products with high laser threshold for key domestic scientific research institutions, which are widely used in aerospace and other fields.

The high concentration of business structure is directly reflected in the financial data.
From 2023 to 2025, the operating revenue of Superpure Applied Materials was 169 million yuan, 257 million yuan and 496 million yuan respectively, and the net profit was 64.8052 million yuan, 82.263 million yuan and 185 million yuan respectively.
Specifically, special-coated components for semiconductor equipment contributed most of the revenue, accounting for 66.13%, 90.91% and 95.53% of the total revenue during the reporting period respectively. It can be seen that the company's growth in recent years is almost entirely driven by its core semiconductor business.
In terms of equity structure, before IPO, Chai Jie, the controlling shareholder and actual controller of the company, directly held 41.89% of the company's shares, and collectively controlled 48.23% of the voting rights of the company; Chai Lin, the elder brother of Chai Jie, directly held 20.61% of the company's shares, acting as the person acting in concert with Chai Jie. The actual controller and the person acting in concert collectively controlled 68.84% of the voting rights of the company; in addition, SDIC Venture Capital holds 6.33% of the shares, BYD holds 4.58% of the shares, and Advanced Micro-Fabrication Equipment Inc. China holds 4.26% of the shares.
Under the general trend of independent controllability of the semiconductor industry chain, the listing of Superpure Applied Materials marks a key step forward in the process of domestic substitution in the domestic equipment component link. Next, whether the company can continuously expand its product matrix and application scenarios on the basis of maintaining its leading position in the segmented field will be the core that determines the steady growth of its market value.
