Xiaonuo Agent reconstructs PC interaction with screen semantic understanding and defines the next-generation human-computer interaction operating system layer
From Graphical User Interface (GUI) to Conversational User Interface (CUI), and then to Agent Interface, human-computer interaction is undergoing a reconstruction of its underlying logic. As major tech players regard AI Agent as the entry point for the next-generation operating system, a startup named "Yuchuang Future" has chosen a differentiated path — it does not bind to any ecosystem, and builds a unified AI operation layer on top of all existing software used by users.
The "Last Mile" Challenge for Cross-Application Operations
Computers are the most productive tools, but their operations still remain in the era of mouse and keyboard. To perform a cross-application task, such as "change the price in this contract to 5000 and send it to the client for confirmation", 5 to 7 manual steps are usually required — open the document, locate the content, modify and save it, open the email client, write the email, upload the attachment, and send it. The whole process is fragmented and extremely inefficient.
The built-in voice assistants of operating systems can only open applications, and cannot understand the complex cross-application logic; most similar voice software on the market are toy-oriented and cannot form a real closed-loop of work. This is exactly the core problem that Xiao Nuo Agent aims to solve: to equip every user with an AI Agent that can understand vague instructions and independently operate the computer to complete complex tasks.
The AI Operation Layer That Can "See" the Screen
Xiao Nuo Agent is not a simple speech-to-text tool. Its core technology lies in three major capabilities: screen semantic understanding — which accurately identifies tables, buttons and text on the screen; complex task planning and execution engine — which breaks down vague instructions into multi-step, cross-application atomic operations; private and secure architecture — which allows all operations to be executed locally without uploading private data.
A typical "wow moment" is enough to illustrate its value: the user issues an instruction "Help me check the high-speed train from Beijing to Shanghai next Wednesday, departing in the morning so that I will not miss lunch. After the check, send the plan to Mr. Liu's email and remind him via WeChat to check it". Xiao Nuo Agent will automatically open the browser to access 12306 to query the train numbers, filter the trains that "depart in the morning" and "arrive before 11:30", take a screenshot of the alternative plans, open the email client to write a new email with the screenshot attached and send it to "Mr. Liu", then open WeChat to find "Mr. Liu" and send him a reminder message — the whole process is completed automatically, and only final confirmation from the user is needed.
At present, Xiao Nuo Agent has been launched on Windows and macOS systems. According to industry data, China's enterprise AI agent market reached 21.2 billion yuan in 2025, and it is expected to increase to 44.9 billion yuan in 2026, exceed 332 billion yuan in 2029, with a compound annual growth rate as high as 107%. There are more than 2 billion existing PC users worldwide, all of whom are potential targets of Xiao Nuo Agent. After Microsoft officially launched Copilot Cowork, more than half of the Fortune 500 companies have adopted it; the new version of Siri of Apple is also laying out cross-application operations — the direction that tech giants have invested tens of billions of dollars in has confirmed the strategic value of AI Agent as the next-generation interaction entry point.
From Efficiency Tool to "Super Entry Point for Software Distribution"
The business model of Xiao Nuo Agent is divided into three stages. In the initial stage, it starts with the subscription system of efficiency tools, targeting "knowledge workers" who rely heavily on computers for work, such as video editors, programmers, data analysts and secretaries, and provides basic and professional version subscriptions on monthly/annual basis. In the middle stage, it provides enterprise-level solutions, customizes specific workflow Agents for vertical industries with extremely high requirements for efficiency such as finance, healthcare and law, and charges in the SaaS mode. The ultimate goal is to become a "super entry point for software distribution" — when Xiao Nuo Agent becomes the unified layer for users to interact with all software, the instruction "help me book a hotel" will be distributed by Xiao Nuo to the cooperative OTA to collect commission, and the instruction "help me design a poster" will call the API of the cooperative design tool to get revenue share per use.
Compared with the Agents of major manufacturers such as Microsoft and Apple — which are designed to serve their own ecosystems first and are not open enough — the differentiation of Xiao Nuo Agent is that it is compatible with all applications, can work on all existing software used by users, and is more open and flexible. Its core barriers include: the specialized model that has been extremely optimized for hundreds of common workflows, the local execution security and privacy scheme, and the high migration cost that users will hardly go back to the manual era once they get used to completing complex work with Agent.
In terms of the team, Wu Lang, CEO, has 8 years of operation management experience, with the 0-to-1 growth capability and product insight; Gao Yifan, CTO, has 3 years of in-depth experience in AI and programming development, once served as AI project product manager in ByteDance, and is the best candidate to solve the technical difficulties of cross-application control. The product is scheduled to be officially launched on August 20, 2026.
Financing Plan
Xiao Nuo Agent plans to transfer 20% of its shares in this round to raise 5 million yuan. The funds will be used for R&D iteration (40%) in the next 18 months, core user growth (30%), commercialization exploration (20%) and daily operation (10%). The key milestones in the next 12 months include: reaching 10,000 paid users, completing in-depth development of 2 to 3 vertical industry workflows, and launching the next round of financing.
