Part of the hotel assets of Wuhan Greenland Center will be put up for auction on JD Asset Trading Platform on August 31, 2026, with a starting price of 966.6 million yuan, which is about 90% of the assessed price of 1.074 billion yuan.
The subject matter refers to the hotel real estate on the negative first floor, 87th to 97th floors of the Greenland Center project on Plot A01-1, Greenland International Financial City, No.750 Heping Avenue, Wuchang District, Wuhan, with a construction area of 51400.67 square meters and a starting unit price of 18805 yuan per square meter. At present, the subject is under court seal and has no mortgage.
The Wuhan Greenland Center project is located on Heping Avenue, Wuchang District, about 200 meters away from the Yangtze River. In 2010, Greenland Group acquired the plot with an investment of nearly 5.4 billion yuan, and the overall estimated investment reached 30 billion yuan. The project was originally planned to have a height of 636 meters, which was later adjusted to 475 meters due to height restriction, still making it the tallest skyscraper in Central China.
At present, the main structure of the building has been capped and the exterior facade lighting has been completed, but it has not been officially put into use. Its design team has participated in the scheme creation of world-famous skyscrapers such as the Burj Khalifa in Dubai.
