Yueju Helper solves the community supply-demand mismatch with neighborhood workers and is seeking angel round financing.
Against the macro background that the "15-Minute Convenient Living Circle" has become a national strategy, community services are embracing a trillion-level blue ocean market. However, the current digital penetration rate of the community service market is less than 5%, with a serious mismatch between supply and demand. The Yueju Helper project accurately targets this pain point, pioneering the "Community Neighbor Worker" model. Combining AI algorithms and the upcoming family companion robot dog "Yue Zai", it takes the self-developed AI application model of Yueju Helper as the AI brain of "Yue Zai", and is committed to reconstructing the community trusted service ecosystem. At present, the project has completed single-point model verification and officially launched its angel round financing.
Reconstructing Community Trust and Efficiency with the "Neighbor Worker" Model
The founding of Yueju Helper stems from profound insight into the structural contradictions of the community service market. On the one hand, more than 240 million flexible employees and retired groups across the country have a large amount of idle time and skills, but lack channels to monetize these resources. On the other hand, the immediate, fragmented demands of community residents (such as temporary errand running, on-site maintenance, dog walking and cat feeding, elderly companionship, etc.) often face problems of slow response and high trust cost on traditional platforms.
To address this pain point, Yueju Helper has built a "Community Neighbor Worker Trusted Service Social Platform". Its core logic draws on the "Didi Hitch" model, realizing second-level precise matching between demand and supply through AI algorithms based on dimensions such as geographical location and skill tags, which greatly shortens the service response time. To break the trust barrier of C2C door-to-door services, Yueju Helper has built a dual security guarantee system including real-name authentication and insurance coverage, making "neighbors serving neighbors" safe and implementable. At the same time, the project adopts a two-wheel drive strategy of "online platform + offline space", with efficient AI matching online and offline community social spaces to support service fulfillment and operation, so as to enhance user stickiness and reduce service costs.
Hardware "Yue Zai" Opens Up a New Service Entry Point
After the platform model is fully validated, Yueju Helper extends its business boundary to the AI hardware field, launching the family companion robot dog "Yue Zai", which takes Yueju Helper's self-developed AI application model as its AI brain. This marks the evolution of the project from a single service platform to a "hardware + service" ecosystem. Targeting groups such as empty-nest elderly and dual-income families, "Yue Zai" is equipped with a self-developed multi-modal affective computing model to provide natural emotional interaction experience.
From the perspective of business logic, "Yue Zai" is not only a hardware product, but also an intelligent entry point for home service demands. Users can place orders directly to the robot dog via voice, realizing a seamless closed loop of "demand perception - automatic matching - service fulfillment". This model of "retaining users via hardware and monetizing through services" is expected to greatly reduce the customer acquisition cost of subsequent services and significantly improve user lifetime value. At present, "Yue Zai" is in the final training stage and is expected to be officially put into use in August 2026.
Single-point Model Verification Completed, Seeking Capital to Accelerate Expansion
The business model of Yueju Helper has shown initial results. Since its official promotion in March 2026, the project has set up 2 operation centers, accumulated 10,000 registered users, and achieved a monthly order volume of over 400, successfully validating the single-point business model in cities such as Chengdu.
In terms of the team, the core members of Yueju Helper have rich serial entrepreneurship experience, operation background from top Internet companies and strong AI technology R&D capabilities. At present, the team holds a number of invention patents and has obtained the qualification of national-level technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises. On the resource side, the project has reached strategic cooperation with China Post, SF Express and other enterprises, and has obtained the status of vice-chairman unit of the industry association, building multiple competitive barriers in technology, qualification and industry resources.
At present, Yueju Helper officially launches its angel round financing. The raised funds will be mainly used for team expansion, platform system iteration, AI application model iteration, brand building and agent recruitment, so as to accelerate the large-scale expansion of its community service network.
