Kr | From life early warning to seven-diagnosis integrated analysis, the technical code of Andun's "dual-core debut"
At the World Artificial Intelligence Conference 2026 (WAIC 2026), Andun Health drew widespread attention with two world premieres: China's first life warning watch standard, and the industry's first TCM robot integrating seven diagnostic methods — the Andun TCM Robot.

Behind the two premieres lies a complete technical system spanning from the perception layer to the algorithm layer and then to the output layer.
Core Engine: Tianhui · AI Pulse Diagnosis Algorithm and Triple Confidence System
The technical foundation supporting Andun's dual premieres is a self-developed core technology named "Tianhui · AI Pulse Diagnosis Algorithm". For the first time, this algorithm subdivides the 24 traditional TCM pulse conditions into more than 120 quantifiable feature points, realizing the paradigm shift of TCM pulse diagnosis from empirical judgment to data-driven decision-making.
Built on top of the algorithm, Andun has established a triple confidence system: the Tianhui TCM Large Model, the Western Medicine Clinical Diagnosis Model, and the Personal Exclusive Health Model work together for collaborative evaluation.
At the data monitoring end, Andun's life warning watch collects 2000 sets of high-frequency deep physiological signals daily, including heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen, ECG, and body temperature. It can detect and warn of major risks such as myocardial infarction, stroke, and tumors 1 to 7 days in advance, truly enabling proactive health management.
Seven Integrated Diagnostic Methods and Three Industry Firsts
The seven-diagnosis integrated system of the Andun TCM Robot is the most notable technical highlight of Andun at this WAIC. The traditional TCM "inspection, auscultation & olfaction, inquiry, and pulse-taking" has been expanded to simultaneous collection and fusion analysis across seven dimensions:
AI Facial Diagnosis: A high-definition visual camera completes the digital collection of facial complexion and appearance.
Infrared Facial Diagnosis (Industry First): Based on high-precision infrared thermal imaging technology, rooted in the TCM theories of yin-yang and cold-heat, holographic zang-fu manifestations, as well as qi-blood and meridian doctrines, this method establishes an objective mapping between the facial zang-fu zoning and the temperature distribution, symmetry, and texture features of infrared thermal images. It converts abstract concepts such as "cold-heat" and "qi-blood" into quantifiable temperature distribution data, filling the gap in the quantification dimension of traditional inspection diagnosis.
Tongue Diagnosis: A tongue diagnosis camera completes the digital collection and feature analysis of tongue manifestations.
Auricular Diagnosis (Industry First): Derived from the TCM holographic theory of auricular acupoints (the auricle resembles an inverted fetus, with reflex zones of all zang-fu organs distributed across it), this technology integrates image recognition to realize automatic positioning, state detection, and intelligent pattern differentiation of auricular acupoints, replacing traditional naked-eye observation and probe pressing.
Auscultation & Olfaction Diagnosis (Industry First): Based on the classic TCM theory that "five tones correspond to five zang organs" (the Gong, Shang, Jue, Zhi, Yu tones correspond to the spleen, lung, liver, heart, and kidney respectively), this technology analyzes the user's voice spectrum features through voiceprint recognition to judge the state of zang-fu organs. For the first time, it uses AI to realize "identifying syndromes through voice", transforming physicians' subjective auditory judgment into objective and quantitative analysis.
Inquiry Diagnosis: A multi-turn voice interactive inquiry module based on natural language processing.
Pulse Diagnosis: A pulse diagnosis sensor completes the standardized digital collection of pulse conditions, forming a closed loop with the Tianhui · AI Pulse Diagnosis Algorithm.

The perception layer integrates all the above hardware modules to complete the simultaneous monitoring of seven-dimensional information;
The algorithm layer conducts evaluation with the Tianhui · AI Pulse Diagnosis Algorithm and the 235-billion-parameter TCM diagnosis and treatment large model as the core;
A complete evaluation report can be generated and synchronized in about 10 minutes.
This is exactly the three-layer technical architecture of the Andun TCM Robot.
Bai Weimin, Founder of Andun, said: "Relying solely on Western medicine is like touching an elephant blindly, while relying solely on TCM means moving forward only with experience. What we are doing is enabling the data of Western medicine and the experience of TCM to communicate within the same algorithm."
This is precisely Andun's technical philosophy — taking AI as a bridge to allow the millennia-old wisdom of TCM to radiate new vitality in the digital era.
