Pivocosm launches AI decision-making platform for enterprises' global expansion and kicks off its angel round financing

Against the backdrop of accelerating globalization, Chinese enterprises' overseas expansion has entered a stage of refined competition, where traditional market judgment methods driven by experience and manual research are facing efficiency and cost challenges.

Pivocosm, launched by Jiangsu Shuyu Artificial Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd., is positioned as an AI decision-making platform tailored for Chinese enterprises' global expansion scenarios. It aims to leverage artificial intelligence technology to enhance the efficiency of enterprises entering global markets and reduce the information acquisition and decision-making costs incurred while enterprises explore overseas markets.

At present, Pivocosm is launching its angel round of financing. The funds will be mainly used for product R&D iteration, data capability building, market promotion, and team expansion, to accelerate the implementation of AI technology in scenarios of enterprise globalization.

I. Complex Decision-Making Chain for Enterprise Overseas Expansion Makes Market Judgment the Primary Challenge

As an increasing number of Chinese manufacturing enterprises, consumer brands, and technology companies explore overseas markets, Chinese enterprises' overseas expansion has gradually evolved from the early stage of channel expansion to a refined operation stage.

However, in practice, before entering overseas markets, enterprises usually need to complete a large amount of preliminary analytical work, including target country screening, market demand assessment, competitive landscape research, trade policy analysis, and compliance risk evaluation.

For large enterprises, these tasks can be completed by professional teams or consulting agencies. But for a large number of small and medium-sized enterprises, scattered overseas market information, a shortage of professional talents, and high consulting costs have become important factors restricting their global development.

Meanwhile, most digital tools currently available on the market focus on execution links such as cross-border transactions, advertising placement, and supply chain management. There remains a lack of systematic solutions for the most critical pre-expansion stages of market selection and strategic judgment for enterprises venturing overseas.

This is exactly the problem Pivocosm aims to solve. The project integrates trade data, market information, and industry analysis capabilities through AI technology to help enterprises achieve more efficient data analysis and decision support before entering overseas markets.

II. Multi-Agent AI Architecture Enhances the Reliability of Enterprise Overseas Expansion Decision-Making

The core technical competence of Pivocosm lies in its multi-agent AI decision-making architecture built specifically for enterprises' overseas expansion scenarios.

Different from traditional conversational AI products that mainly focus on content generation, Pivocosm places greater emphasis on decision support for enterprises' actual business operations. After users input product information, target markets, and basic enterprise profiles, the system will complete tasks collaboratively through multiple AI agents, including user demand understanding, data retrieval, market analysis, competition research, and compliance risk identification, ultimately generating structured market feasibility assessment results.

To address the widespread concerns about information accuracy and model hallucinations in enterprises' AI adoption, Pivocosm has established a multi-layer constraint mechanism at the system design level.

First, the market scoring system in the system is generated through calculations by a data model. The AI is primarily responsible for result interpretation, analysis, and summarization, preventing the model from directly generating scores or altering analysis rankings.

Second, Pivocosm has established a data evidence grading mechanism, which categorizes and labels analytical bases based on data sources and their reliability. Data from public and authoritative sources is classified as factual data, data based on alternative indicators as proxy data, and model inference results as inferred data, enabling users to understand the data basis behind each conclusion.

In addition, the system adopts a signal isolation mechanism to label and filter data with insufficient credibility, reducing the impact of low-quality information on final judgment results and improving the interpretability of AI analysis outputs.

In terms of data capabilities, Pivocosm has built a data system around dimensions such as global market trade, policies and regulations, competitive environment, and market demand, covering multiple analytical directions including trade trends, tariff policies, logistics factors, and market popularity, to support enterprises in market screening, compliance judgment, and business feasibility analysis.

Distinct from single-function tools or one-off delivery consulting reports, Pivocosm aims to build a long-term AI-powered overseas decision-making platform for enterprises. After completing market analysis, the system will further connect application scenarios such as intelligent customer service, marketing growth, and automated operations in the future, helping enterprises form a complete closed loop from market judgment to business execution.

III. Focus on Enterprise Globalization Needs and Explore AI SaaS Business Model

In terms of the business model, Pivocosm adopts a hybrid model combining subscription and pay-per-use billing. Enterprise users can choose different service plans according to their business scale, accessing basic platform functions via subscription. Meanwhile, for high-frequency computing scenarios such as market assessment and in-depth analysis reports, flexible billing is applied based on actual usage. This model can lower the initial adoption threshold for enterprises, while meeting the continuous computing and data processing requirements of AI services, satisfying the globalization needs of enterprises of all sizes.

Its target users mainly fall into three categories:

The first category consists of manufacturing enterprises planning to enter overseas markets, which hope to reduce market selection risks through data analysis;

The second category includes consumer brands undergoing global expansion, which need to improve the efficiency of market research, competitive analysis, and compliance management;

The third category covers institutions providing services for Chinese enterprises' overseas expansion, which aim to enhance service delivery efficiency using AI capabilities.

The project has completed the registration of its corporate entity, product architecture design, and core function R&D, and is currently advancing preparations for product launch. Meanwhile, the Jiangsu Shuyu Artificial Intelligence team has been selected as a key nurtured artificial intelligence innovation project in Nanjing and has become a member unit of the Nanjing Artificial Intelligence Association.

In terms of the team, Pivocosm was founded by Xu Jianheng, while co-founder Shen Chuhao is responsible for overseas business compliance and commercial operations. The team adopts a cross-functional collaboration model, covering areas such as AI product R&D, enterprise services, and overseas business research.

During the early development of the project, the team explored multiple directions including intelligent customer service and cross-border tools. After market research and product validation, they finally focused on the core scenario of enterprise overseas expansion decision-making, aiming to use AI capabilities to solve key efficiency issues in the process of enterprise globalization.

In the next three to five years, Pivocosm plans to continuously improve its AI decision-making capabilities, gradually evolving from a market assessment tool into a comprehensive service platform covering links such as enterprise overseas expansion planning, market entry, and operation optimization.

At present, Pivocosm is seeking cooperation with industrial resource partners and early-stage investment institutions, to further enhance product capabilities with capital support and accelerate the implementation of AI technology in the globalization process of Chinese enterprises.
