This spring, TalentX in Hong Kong is no longer just a job fair.
As the largest talent exhibition in Hong Kong at present, TalentX is gradually moving beyond the single narrative dominated by the finance and insurance industries. This year, when people enter the NovaX Zone in Hall 8, they will see that the booth density of chip design companies, medical robot manufacturers, and large model manufacturers has increased rapidly compared with the past. The talent gap in science and engineering enterprises is expanding rapidly.
In the "Lobster Zone" set in the center of Hall 6, ByteDance's technical experts are demonstrating the installation and deployment of AI Agents in a special workshop. The Unitree Robotics team, which appeared again at the 2026 Spring Festival Gala on CCTV, has come to the scene, but the robots responsible for the band performance are from Smart Hand. At the AI ID photo shooting point in the corner, the algorithm helps job seekers in the queue generate professional resume avatars in different styles - this is a new free service added this year.
Another notable change is the participation of regional exhibition groups. The Zhejiang exhibition group and the Guizhou exhibition group made a collective appearance. The former brought top scientific research institutions such as the Zhijiang Laboratory and the Yongjiang Laboratory, while the latter demonstrated the layout of the big data industry group. This model of "the government builds the stage and enterprises perform" is changing the single form of traditional job fairs.
This exhibition is also the official and only designated recruitment platform for the "Global Talent Summit (GTS)". More than 300 enterprises participated in the exhibition, releasing over 20,000 job positions. Beyond the incremental figures, we also noticed that ByteDance BytePlus will set up a Workshop at the CLAWTIME "Shrimp Rearing" event and give away Tokens; Tencent has set up a special interview venue on-site; The stand-up comedian Zou Shu will host the "Hong Kong Expat Workplace Truth or Dare" session; Free resume modification and AI professional photo shooting services are also provided on-site.
