DingTalk releases multiple AI hardware products and launches the AI Innovation Workshop Program

On March 17th, the annual new product launch event of AI DingTalk 2.0 was held in Hangzhou. During the event, DingTalk announced that it would build an AI ecosystem with developers around the newly released enterprise-level AI-native work platform, "Wukong". Meanwhile, DingTalk launched new AI hardware products - DingTalk A1Pro and the first co-branded AI headset H1, continuously expanding its AI hardware product range to benefit more users with AI products.

DingTalk, in conjunction with the Management Committee of Hangzhou Future Science and Technology City, simultaneously launched the AI Innovation Workshop Program, publicly recruiting AI startup teams, one-person teams, and AI SaaS enterprises. By providing policy incentives, talent training, startup spaces, and capacity empowerment, it aims to help developers create innovative products for the AI era.

DingTalk to Build AI Ecosystem with Developers around Wukong

At the launch event, "Wukong", the world's first enterprise-level AI-native work platform developed by the DingTalk team, was officially opened for invitation-only testing, attracting wide attention.

Yi Tong, the vice president of DingTalk, stated that Wukong will be one of the most important traffic entrances and infrastructure in the enterprise-level market in the AI era. Various software companies and AI developers can connect to Wukong, transforming their accumulated capabilities and industry experience into skills mastered by Wukong, thus better assisting tens of millions of Chinese enterprise users in transformation and upgrading and achieving win-win cooperation in the AI era.

DingTalk will promote open cooperation at levels such as the skills ecosystem, OPT (One-Person Team) Agents, and enterprise security cooperation around Wukong. Enterprises and developers can convert their knowledge and experience into AI skills or combine multiple skills to create OPT AI assistants, providing AI capabilities and services to enterprises in various industries and achieving commercialization in DingTalk's open ecosystem. Enterprises and OPTs can submit their own requirements in DingTalk's demand center, solicit support from professional AI engineers, or select publicly available skills to access AI capabilities more quickly.

Currently, the application development method in the AI era has changed from "humans developing applications" to "AI developing applications". To support partners in rapidly developing AI products, DingTalk's in-house products such as chat, AI voice recording and transcription, AI spreadsheets, documents, and address books have all completed MCP transformation, supporting one-click access for AI development. DingTalk will continue to develop more AI capabilities and jointly create AI assistants with partners, aiming for delivery results and supporting enterprises to pay based on effectiveness, truly enabling AI to empower all industries.

DingTalk A1Pro and the First Co-branded AI Headset to Be Released on April 30th

At the launch event, DingTalk released an upgraded version of the first AI hardware product, DingTalk A1 - DingTalk A1Pro. Since its launch six months ago, DingTalk A1 has become a hit among domestic AI hardware products, consistently ranking first in sales on channels such as Tmall and Douyin.

The newly released DingTalk A1Pro is an AI recording device with functions such as wireless charging and touch-to-clock-in. It is specially designed for professionals with high-frequency in-depth conversations, frequent business travelers, and super individuals, offering recording and AI services with ultra-long battery life and professional sound pickup effects to help improve daily work and life efficiency. It is equipped with a nearly 3000mAh battery, supporting standby for over half a year, and can also provide emergency charging for mobile phones. The Pro version also features a touch screen and a directional microphone, delivering stronger sound pickup and clearer audio quality in professional settings.

The AI capabilities of the DingTalk A1 series products, including A1Pro, have been systematically upgraded. The circular voice button has been upgraded to an AI voice button and supports customization, allowing users to instantly activate DingTalk AI to schedule appointments, arrange meetings, etc. As the underlying core capability of the DingTalk A1 product, DingTalk's AI voice recording and transcription capability continues to be enhanced. The voice large model supports more languages, with the number of dialects increased to 15 and supporting simultaneous interpretation in 79 languages, covering language families in Europe, Asia, Africa, and other regions. Meanwhile, AI voice recording and transcription provides capabilities such as text and image summaries, mind maps, and AI Q&A, further improving users' work and learning efficiency.

DingTalk A1 is also opening up its capabilities to continuously empower enterprises in various industries. In industries such as law, finance, real estate, and catering, A1 is reshaping marketing and service methods. During the launch event, Liye Cloud, based on the open capabilities of A1 and DingTalk AI, jointly released the "Gold Medal Investment Promoter" AI solution for the industrial investment promotion industry. By equipping each investment promoter with a hardware-software integrated AI assistant, it has achieved full-process AI for tasks ranging from property recording, customer acquisition, visits, follow-ups, matching, property viewings, reviews, to commission distribution. Currently, this product has been put into use in multiple regions such as Shanghai and Hangzhou, significantly improving investment promotion efficiency.

Meanwhile, DingTalk also launched the first co-branded AI headset H1 in collaboration with the leading intelligent hardware enterprise Cleer. While maintaining a lightweight and flexible design and high audio quality, H1 adds call recording and simultaneous interpretation capabilities, integrating with DingTalk products and work processes to help users record in real-time, perform AI translation and summarization, and access the AI assistant within DingTalk to complete tasks. H1 is also the first wearable AI hardware jointly launched by DingTalk and industry partners, expanding DingTalk's AI capabilities and hardware open system to benefit more users with AI.

AI Innovation Workshop Program Launched, Open Recruitment for Startup Teams Nationwide

At the launch event, DingTalk launched the AI Innovation Workshop Program, publicly recruiting AI startup teams, one-person teams, and AI SaaS partners from now on to jointly develop AI products with DingTalk. The AI Innovation Workshop adopts a four-stage incubation model of "partner recruitment - closed joint development - customer co-creation and verification - GTM (Go-To-Market) launch" to ensure that each AI product is refined and verified in real customer scenarios and can effectively meet industry needs.

DingTalk will collaborate with the Management Committee of Hangzhou Future Science and Technology City to provide comprehensive support for AI entrepreneurs in terms of policy incentives, talent training, startup spaces, capacity empowerment, and customer resources. Currently, over 20 ecosystem partners and startup teams have settled in the AI Innovation Workshop.
