Tuozhu Technology has reached a settlement with Pop Mart and apologized. All relevant models have been taken off the shelves.
The IP copyright dispute between TuoZhu Technology and Pop Mart has reached a new stage. On March 16th, TuoZhu Technology issued a statement saying that it had held consultations with Pop Mart and reached a settlement, and all relevant content has been taken down.
At the end of February, Pop Mart sued TuoZhu Technology for copyright ownership and infringement disputes. After the court accepted the case, the hearing is scheduled for April 2nd. A person close to Pop Mart revealed that Pop Mart's legal team sent letters to TuoZhu Technology in May and October 2025 respectively to discuss the platform's infringement issues, and finally filed a formal lawsuit.
It is reported that there were a large number of unauthorized 3D printing data models of Pop Mart's popular IPs on TuoZhu Technology's 3D model community, MakerWorld. Users only needed to download the models and could use TuoZhu's 3D printers to "replicate" trendy toys like Labubu, and even use them for profit.
At the beginning of March, according to Economic Observer, Tao Ye, the founder of TuoZhu Technology, was communicating with Wang Ning, the founder of Pop Mart, about the infringement dispute and seeking possible reconciliation and cooperation. At that time, all relevant models of Pop Mart, such as Labubu and Xingxingren, had been taken down from MakerWorld. When searching for "Labubu", the search results for 3D models showed zero.
This is not the first time TuoZhu Technology has been involved in an infringement dispute. Beijing Hanmu Chunhua Animation Technology Co., Ltd. filed a lawsuit against TuoZhu Technology at the end of 2025 for the infringement of the right of information network dissemination of works. The latest information shows that the hearing of this case is scheduled for March 20th.

In 2025, its revenue exceeded 10 billion yuan, accounting for about 29% of the global consumer 3D printing market.
The core members of TuoZhu Technology's team all come from DJI.
