Yingke learned that MizarVision (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd., a geospatial intelligence analysis company (hereinafter referred to as "MizarVision"), recently announced the completion of a pre-Series A financing round. This round of financing was exclusively invested by Phenomenon Capital, with a financing amount exceeding 10 million RMB. The funds will be mainly used for business expansion.

Founded in 2021 and headquartered in Hangzhou, MizarVision is the first domestic innovative enterprise focusing on the in-depth integration of commercial satellite remote sensing and AI to serve real-time geospatial intelligence. By aggregating real-time multi-modal sensor information globally, the company constructs a proprietary large AI intelligence model to conduct in-depth interpretation of geospatial information, changing the traditional way of using intelligence information and enabling data from a space perspective to better serve decision-making in various industries.

It is worth noting that in recent geopolitical hot events in the Middle East, MizarVision has repeatedly announced in advance the distribution of US military equipment and the activities of strategic targets in the region.

Liu Ming, the founder and CEO of the company, told Yingke that the traditional remote sensing data industry mainly solves the problem of "seeing", while the real difficulty lies in "understanding". Against the background of still high costs for satellite manufacturing and launch, MizarVision chooses to start from data application, mines potential clues through AI algorithms, and optimizes the utilization efficiency of satellite resources. Thus, it fills in the key link of data analysis and application services in the simple chain that originally only had sensors and users.

The founding team members of the company come from various fields, including Huawei's communication system, the Chinese Academy of Sciences system, as well as the information and finance industries. "People with different backgrounds will understand how to use aerospace data to solve industry problems from different perspectives," the founder said. This also enables the team to be closer to the real industry needs at the beginning of product design.

The company's core product, the Spark Business Intelligence Platform, integrates multi-source real-time information from satellite remote sensing, ADS-B (Automatic Dependent Surveillance - Broadcast), AIS (Automatic Identification System), radio, cameras, etc. On this basis, it uses artificial intelligence algorithms to automatically interpret massive amounts of raw data.

The core of this ability comes from the multi-modal sensor fusion model built by the platform. This model first conducts feature modeling on radio signals and GPS return data of aircraft or ships, and then conducts comprehensive confirmation and in-depth analysis in combination with remote sensing images. At the same time, the platform constructs proprietary small models for different industries to conduct calibration, segmentation, and semantic interpretation of specific areas, and finally outputs text and image information that industry personnel can understand and directly use for decision-making, thereby helping them quickly carry out analysis work and form a more comprehensive and accurate spatial situation judgment.

"Our goal is not simply to provide data, but to help the industry find worthy observation locations and clues and explain what these observation points mean," the founder said.

Currently, MizarVision's intelligence analysis platform provides geospatial intelligence services to users in the form of SaaS. Its customers cover multiple industries such as national defense, energy, and finance. It has also obtained continuous actual orders and contracts in some industries, completing the dual verification of the product and the model. In the next stage, the company will focus on market promotion and the expansion of more industry scenarios. According to the company's calculations, the performance orders in 2026 will increase several times compared with 2025.

After this round of financing, the funds will be mainly used for technology R & D and industry layout, further improving the platform's capabilities and promoting the implementation and application of geospatial intelligence in more industries.

The founder said that MizarVision hopes to build a platform similar to the "Bloomberg of the intelligence industry", turning remote sensing from a "luxury toy" into an "industry tool". By continuously integrating global public data and AI analysis capabilities, it will truly make information from a space perspective an important reference for decision-making in all walks of life.

Investor's view

Rao Zhi, the founding partner of Phenomenon Capital: MizarVision's breakthrough practice in the downstream application of commercial remote sensing has made the "God's perspective" shift from being monopolized by Western giants to being truly inclusive and multi-polar. At the same time, MizarVision precisely matches our track layout needs. It has a leading professional team and a solid technical and business foundation. Standing at the forefront of the era of large models empowering industries, it has strong development certainty and growth potential. We are optimistic about its unique advantages in AI interpretation accuracy, real-time performance, and the closed-loop of the intelligence value chain, which will help the company accelerate the access to global data sources, model iteration, and industry penetration.
