On January 26th, Alibaba officially launched its flagship inference model, Qwen3-Max-Thinking. Alibaba's AI assistant, Qianwen, has simultaneously integrated this domestically advanced "AI brain" on both the PC and web versions (qianwen.com), and the Qianwen App will soon follow suit. Users can simply switch with one click in the model selection bar to experience even more powerful inference capabilities.
According to information from the Qianwen team, Qwen3-Max-Thinking is currently Alibaba's largest and most powerful inference model, with a total number of parameters exceeding one trillion (1T) and a pre-training data volume of up to 36T Tokens. After large-scale reinforcement learning training, this model has refreshed multiple best performance records in 19 recognized large model benchmark tests covering factual knowledge, complex reasoning, instruction following, and human preference alignment. Its overall performance can rival that of current international mainstream models.
After Qianwen switches to this model, it becomes not only more proactive and intelligent but also capable of in-depth logical deduction and self-verification:
Stronger factual memory and world knowledge: Whether it's obscure scientific knowledge, historical allusions, or cultural questions, it can provide more accurate and authoritative answers. At the same time, it significantly improves context coherence, better remembers user preferences, and greatly reduces the "amnesia" phenomenon.

According to the Qianwen team, the monthly active user count of Qianwen's consumer version has now exceeded 100 million, showing rapid growth among students and white-collar workers. Meanwhile, it invited users to test the "Task Assistant" and has become the world's first AI assistant capable of completing complex real-life tasks.
