Yingke learned that "Shexu Technology", a provider of industrial AI generative design software and solutions, recently completed a Pre-Series B financing of tens of millions of yuan. The investors are Yonghua Investment and GF Xinde, and Xinghan Capital serves as the long-term financial advisor. In the past year, the company has completed three rounds of financing in a row, with a cumulative amount of over 100 million yuan. The financing funds will be used for R & D investment and market promotion, including overseas market promotion.

Founded in 2020, "Shexu Technology"'s product "Flash Design" is an industrial intelligent generative design software. Based on the self-developed industrial world model and the intelligent agent encapsulated by the large natural language model, it provides the functions of intelligently generating 3D design solutions and 2D engineering drawings under the cloud architecture. Its founder and CEO, Wu Yongrong, is a doctor in advanced manufacturing from Tongji University. He used to be a researcher at the General Advanced Manufacturing Laboratory and an expert in intelligent manufacturing at NIO.

As the commercial value of "AI + manufacturing" becomes increasingly prominent, the field of AI industrial software has gradually become the core of industry attention. Wu Yongrong told Yingke that although China has the largest global volume in industrial manufacturing, industrial software, especially at the R & D end, still lags far behind. But today, we have the opportunity to redefine the ways of industrial design, R & D, and even manufacturing and delivery through AI.

From the perspective of the overall development of the industry, Wu Yongrong pointed out two major trends: on the one hand, the capabilities of basic large models continue to strengthen, which is promoting the significant improvement of multi-modal information processing and interaction experience in industrial scenarios and accelerating the multi-modal integration of AI; on the other hand, vertical industrial world models are continuously developing in a more professional and in - depth manner, further touching the essence of industrial mechanisms.

Among them, the construction of the industrial world model still faces three core pain points: first, it is difficult to obtain data, as industrial scenario data usually cannot be obtained openly; second, it is difficult to process data, as the processing of unstructured data is very challenging; third, the requirements for data output are strict, and the model results must strictly meet the requirements of industrial - level accuracy and reliability.

Focusing on the intelligent agent encapsulated by the industrial world model and the large natural language model, "Shexu Technology" has been deeply involved in industrial scenarios for a long time. Its product, Flash Design, has been applied in fields such as automobiles, 3C, and energy. Its main customers include BYD, Honda, Shanghai Electric, and COMAC.

"The AI intelligent agent industrial design software we provide is somewhat scarce, and the market feedback is also very good. This year, the orders are expected to exceed 100 million yuan, and the revenue will also be close to 100 million yuan. Our compound annual growth rate in recent years has always been over 100%," said Wu Yongrong.

Next, Wu Yongrong introduced that "Shexu Technology" will continue to expand the model capabilities and product forms, especially extending from design to process and manufacturing, including intelligent design review, intelligent process planning, and intelligent machining code generation.
