36Kr learned that recently, "Titanium Memory Technology", a supplier of high-end shape memory alloy materials and intelligent application solutions, completed a Series A+ financing round worth tens of millions of yuan. The investors include investment institutions such as Huada Gongying. The funds from this round will mainly be used for setting up a material production line and technology reserves for product development. Previously, "Titanium Memory Technology" received angel round financing from Xianfeng Changqing in 2022 and Series A financing participated by institutions such as Orient Securities and Hubble Investment in 2023.
Founded in 2022, "Titanium Memory Technology" is a supplier focusing on high-end shape memory alloy materials and intelligent application solutions. It is committed to the innovative R & D, design, and manufacturing of nickel-titanium memory alloy materials in various application fields. It is reported that its SMA intelligent devices can replace traditional mechanical devices with complex structures, achieving miniaturization, lightweight, and intelligentization of the driving structure. The products have been applied in fields such as consumer electronics, automobiles, and medical care.

Through its independently developed smelting process, it has achieved the production of high-purity nickel-titanium alloy materials, and the performance deviation of its product functions between different batches is extremely small. In addition, "Titanium Memory Technology" has also significantly improved the anti-functional attenuation ability of SMA driving materials by studying the functional fatigue mechanism of multi-scale nickel-titanium alloy wires. In terms of the "sensing, driving, and control integration" design, "Titanium Memory Technology" has established a self-feedback system based on resistance - displacement, realizing high-precision closed-loop control.
