On February 11, 2025, Samsung Electronics officially launched the new generation of high-end flagship smartphones, the Galaxy S25 series, for the Chinese market. It includes three models: Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, Samsung Galaxy S25+, and Samsung Galaxy S25.

In the past two years, Samsung has been vigorously promoting the AI function in its products. At the press conference, Samsung also demonstrated and simulated the scenarios where AI is applied to various functions. The Samsung Galaxy S25 series is equipped with the upgraded Galaxy AI, combined with a more powerful AI processing capability and the new Samsung One UI 7, bringing a more natural and intuitive interaction experience.

As can be seen from the demonstration at the press conference, users can directly drag pictures or documents into the dialog box of Bixby. Bixby will perform image understanding through the visual language large model, execute document analysis through the language large model, and conduct multi-round conversations by combining Bixby's own context understanding ability. It can conveniently complete operations such as image description, question answering, copywriting generation, and document summarization.

In order to enhance the experience of the AI platform on the Samsung Galaxy S25 series, Bixby provides a new cross-application execution capability. Through the language large model to understand the complex and ambiguous intentions of users, it connects more than 30 local applications and more than 10 high-frequency third-party applications, and can combine the user's personal data to understand multiple intentions with one sentence and easily cross multiple applications.

For example, users can issue an instruction such as "Navigate to the restaurant for tonight's party" to Bixby, and Bixby will find the location information of "Tonight's Party" in the calendar and directly transfer the corresponding information to the navigation APP to quickly achieve route planning and map navigation.

In addition, the Chat World conversation mode in Bixby can sense the user's tone and facial expressions during video calls, thereby providing more emotionally appropriate intelligent responses, making human-computer interaction more natural and smooth, and enabling the phone to have a companion attribute and become the user's intelligent partner.

In order to better assist users in efficiently managing daily affairs and controlling the rhythm of life, the Samsung Galaxy S25 series introduces a new Instant Briefing function, which can integrate personalized information such as health monitoring, schedule reminders, and news push, and dynamically push it through the real-time window of the lock screen interface. For example, when the user is about to travel, Galaxy AI will automatically combine the weather, traffic conditions, and schedule to remind the best departure time.

The Circle and Search function has also been upgraded. Users can wake up the function by long-pressing the home screen button or navigation touch button in any interface such as taking pictures and screenshotting. Galaxy AI will intelligently analyze the circled content and predict the user's next operation, and give operation options. In addition, the new Call Assistant supports the transcription function, which can automatically record the content when the user is making a call, allowing the user to obtain key information more conveniently.

In terms of data security, which is of great concern to users, the Samsung Galaxy S25 series ensures that the user's account name/password is strictly encrypted through the innovative Smart Password Manager function. When logging in to the corresponding application or website, the account name/password can be automatically filled and logged in after biometric identification, without the need to remember complex passwords and avoiding the risk of password leakage caused by manual input.

In order to solve the noise problem in video shooting, the Samsung Galaxy S25 series also launches the Audio Eraser function. By intelligently analyzing the sound in the video, the Audio Eraser function can eliminate the background noise in the video and make the character's voice clearer. It is very suitable for scenarios such as Vlog shooting, meeting recording, and outdoor interviews, helping users obtain higher-quality audio and video content.
