His speech is "Thoughts and Technological Progress in the Construction of Future Green and Low-Carbon Building Communities".

Ma Jun said that in the construction of good houses and good communities, more attention should be paid to green, low-carbon, and ecological aspects. We can turn waste into resources by developing a circular economy, and reduce carbon emissions through intelligent control technology to make our communities more green and low-carbon.

The second narrator is Hu Yue, a national master of engineering survey and design, a winner of the Liang Sicheng Architecture Prize, and a professor at Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture. The theme of his speech is "Continuous Adaptive Design from the Perspective of Generalized Resilient Architecture". He said that when designing our buildings, we should consider the adaptive changes of future functions and improve the adaptive capacity.

The third narrator is Su Quanke, a "National Outstanding Engineer" and the chief engineer of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge in China. The topic of his speech is "The Industrial Chain and Technological Innovation Tasks of Offshore Human Settlement Engineering". He said that building an offshore human settlement project is to expand the space in response to changes in the human living environment and provide material and technical support for the Maritime Silk Road.

"This ingenuity figure award should not be just for me personally, but for our entire work team, as well as the artisan team that works with us in one project after another. Architectural works should be the result of the joint efforts of hundreds or thousands of hands. We should pay tribute to the artisans," Wang Shu said.
