Haihuan Technology was founded in 2021. It independently researches and develops ultra-high pressure component technology and artificial intelligence core algorithms to provide vertical integration solutions for traditional industries such as ships and chemical engineering. It has launched the Treatment Carrier D&X series of vehicle-mounted hull cleaning robots, which can be used in the field of ship cleaning and maintenance. This series is customized for the cleaning, derusting of the ship's outer plate, bottom and cargo hold. The operation coverage can reach more than 95% of the hull and is suitable for all ship types.

In the past, hull cleaning and derusting mostly relied on manual sandblasting, water spraying or wall-climbing robots, which easily led to environmental pollution, low operation efficiency and safety risks. At the same time, the equipment maintenance cost is high, and frequent hoisting is time-consuming and laborious. There is also a lack of a complete solution for shipyards in the market. Currently, the global shipbuilding industry is facing a green transformation, and the control of sewage discharge is increasingly tightened, making the traditional cleaning mode unsustainable.

The vehicle-mounted hull cleaning robot launched by Haihuan Technology can achieve an operation efficiency nearly 10 times that of the traditional cleaning method. In use, its robot products are convenient to enter the dock and can be synchronized with the drainage and flushing operations in the dock, saving drainage and flushing time; only 4 robots with 8 operators are required during the operation to complete the workload of 240 people required by the original process. In terms of environmental protection, the built-in sewage recovery and filtration system of the robot can convert 99% of the derusting sewage into recyclable water.

Haihuan Technology has launched two vehicle-mounted hull cleaning robots, Treatment Carrier X and Treatment Carrier D. The X series is suitable for high-altitude vertical and curved areas such as the large plane of the ship's side, the bow and the stern. It has achieved more than 3,500 hours of continuous and stable trouble-free operation, with a maximum operation efficiency of 120m2/h; the D series is suitable for complex planar and curved areas such as the bottom of the ship's side, the straight bottom, and the bilge keel.

Both products are equipped with an intelligent remote control function, which can realize real-time data transmission and visual monitoring of the operation, and also have functions such as one-key lane change, automatic operation in the planned area and fully automatic path-following operation.

In terms of green cleaning, the vehicle-mounted hull cleaning robot Treatment Carrier X&D has a built-in vacuum integration system, which can recover and filter solid particles, paint residue, rust and sewage in real time, and realize sewage purification by connecting to the on-board water purification device through a precise and controllable discharge method.

Up to now, the vehicle-mounted hull cleaning robot of Haihuan Technology is equipped with the only mechanical structure in the industry that is directionally polished for the rust removal scene of medium and large-sized hulls. The multi-axis linkage arm adopts a flexible contact design. With the help of pressure compensation and pressure intensity compensation technology, the cleaning disc can be evenly contacted with the hull surface and constantly impacted to improve the cleaning effect.

In terms of delivery capacity, Haihuan Technology has its own assembly production line, and the accessories can be delivered on the same day, and the products can be delivered within 45 days at the fastest. For the overseas market, the company has an international sales and after-sales team, which can provide customized overseas solutions, localized training and teaching, and on-site after-sales according to different national markets.
