Recently, the overseas e-commerce service provider Shu Hui Xing Yun Technology has launched the "Overseas Artisan" SaaS platform, providing AI-based data analysis and marketing services for overseas enterprises.
Overseas Artisan was founded by Yang Chao, the former R & D head of ByteDance's US enterprise service business, and it was launched in October this year.
Based on TikTok Shop (US region), Overseas Artisan provides core data sections such as products, stores, talents, advertisements, and live broadcasts, as well as the category and product market display of the entire platform. It can assist e-commerce sellers in analyzing the overall trend of the track, the operating conditions of peers, mining popular products, and analyzing users' feedback on products, helping sellers conduct data-driven market research and decision-making.
In addition to data analysis, Overseas Artisan also collects popular live-streaming with goods videos. With the AI analysis function, it can deeply disassemble popular videos and write short video scripts in imitation, solving problems such as time-consuming and labor-intensive content production and easy to miss marketing nodes.
For the live-streaming with goods and small store sales model that TikTok focuses on, Overseas Artisan can provide live-streaming data analysis with a high transaction rate in different categories. In terms of timeliness, monitoring starts within 1 minute after the live-streaming room starts, and it can update the viewing/transaction data at the minute level. The update interval of e-commerce data on the entire platform does not exceed 24 hours.
Regarding best-selling products and stores, Overseas Artisan can also provide information such as product specifications, prices, inventory, and display data such as product and store sales and comments by channel.
In terms of marketing promotion, Overseas Artisan has included more than 600,000 investment flow advertisements, providing effect indicators such as investment flow date, expense, sales volume, ROAS (Return on Advertising Spend), and can help customers find suitable placement strategies based on the analysis of existing such advertisement investment flow data; evaluate the live-streaming with goods ability of talents of different sizes through dimensions such as the number of goods with goods, and then provide contact information of talents on multiple platforms and support one-click export.
In order to improve the user experience, Overseas Artisan conducts zoning and integration in the page design. The product, small store, talent and other sections all include a search page. Currently, Overseas Artisan only provides services for TikTok and Shopify sellers or potential sellers, and the data analysis and talent docking services based on TikTok Shop in the US region are more abundant.
At present, even though TikTok's experience in the United States has been quite tortuous and faces the threat of a ban, but before the final decision is made, based on the existing volume of the platform and the fact that the US presidential election has ended, many sellers and service providers are still optimistic about the future of TikTok.
