ANTA has released the ANTAZERO UPCYCLE upcycling series, bringing ESG to the neighborhood.
On December 20, 2024, Anta held the industry's first sustainable sports fashion show on Wukang Road in Shanghai and released the new ANTAZERO UPCYCLE Anta Recycled Series products.
This show was jointly created by Anta and the canU Sustainable Platform, in collaboration with the creative forces in China. Through the recycling and upgrading of Anta's inventory ready-to-wear clothing and fabric, the products that combine design aesthetics and environmental protection concepts are brought to consumers, which is Anta's forward-looking exploration and practice in sustainable business.
The show kicked off at the Anta 0 Carbon Mission Store at No. 98 Wukang Road in Shanghai: Breaking the boundaries of the traditional runway, Anta invited models and opinion leaders to jointly demonstrate the diverse outfits for life and sports scenes - skiing enthusiasts, cycling enthusiasts, City Walkers, the silver-haired group, pet lovers, etc., wearing the new recycled series products, walked from the store to the block and into the crowd, immersively showing the openness and inclusiveness of sports and fashion, while passing the sustainable concept to more people.

The newly released ANTAZERO UPCYCLE Anta Recycled Series products are the result of Anta's collaboration with the canU Sustainable Platform and four Chinese designers. Through the UPCYCLE (upgrading and recycling) method, Anta restarts its inventory and reinterprets the sports gene to explore innovative solutions for the sustainable proposition.
The canU Sustainable Fashion Platform focuses on how to integrate different sports into life; CHENPENG combines down materials to dramatically express environmental protection issues; SANKUANZ gives new emotions and looks to inventory ready-to-wear clothing through spray painting; MEGARMENTS is inspired by Anta's basketball jerseys to show the unique charm of the recycling process; KAIKAI challenges the ideal recycling of 100% recovery. Under their creative presentation, inventory ready-to-wear clothing and fabric are rejuvenated, allowing design and production to form a virtuous cycle.
Xu Yang, CEO of the Anta brand, once said that the green concept should be transformed into a green growth driver to form a truly sustainable business.
The ANTAZERO UPCYCLE Anta Recycled Series released this time is the concrete practice of this concept - by recycling inventory ready-to-wear clothing and fabric into scalable production and saleable products, it not only reduces energy-consuming links such as weaving and dyeing, but also brings new products with more design aesthetics, providing new consumption choices for the public's sustainable lifestyle and further implementing the sustainable business concept.
The ANTAZERO UPCYCLE Anta Recycled Series is now on sale, and consumers can purchase it at the ANTAZERO Anta 0 Carbon Mission Store and the official Anta mini-program.
