Tubatu releases the 2025 annual strategy, continuously applying AI + home decoration | Frontline

On December 19, the 10th 2024 Tubatu Ecology Conference was held in Chengdu, with many home decoration enterprises and supply chain enterprises participating in this conference.
Wang Guobin, the founder and CEO of Tubatu, launched the "Star Plan" strategy for 2025 at the conference. This plan will focus on improving the industrial AI infrastructure, deeply integrating AI technology into design, customer service, precise matching, and marketing, and jointly building a complete supply chain, digital exhibition hall, and word-of-mouth system with home decoration enterprises to jointly meet the challenges of industry development.
In 2024, in terms of platform service optimization, Tubatu continuously upgraded functions such as AI Designer, AI Online Consultant, and AI 3D Panorama to enhance the user experience; AI Quality Inspection, AI Word-of-Mouth, and Call Rule Optimization to enhance user trust. At the same time, Tubatu uses AI Posters, AI Video Mixing and Editing, and AI Outbound Calls to assist merchants in marketing, and empowers the supply chain through cloud exhibition halls, sample room product replacement, and image output.
Regarding the reason for emphasizing the application of AI + home decoration, Wang Guobin, the founder and CEO of Tubatu, explained in an interview with 36Kr after the conference that now consumers are relatively cautious in consumption, with a long decision-making cycle, an increasing demand for partial decoration and minor renovations, and an increase in the time spent at home. And more and more consumers rely on the Internet to make decisions, and AI can bring new opportunities for industrial transformation and also prompt home furnishing and building materials manufacturers to adapt to a more personalized home decoration market.
When it comes to the changes brought about by the development of AI to the home furnishing industry, Liu Jun, Vice President of Shenzhen Unilumin Technology Group, said at the conference that AI is changing the product, marketing, and environmental forms of the home furnishing industry. For example, innovative products such as foldable LED display screens and LED smart tables, combined with AI technology, will lead the whole-house intelligence to a more open and immersive direction.
At the conference, Wang Guobin reviewed Tubatu's business performance in 2024. The company's total user scale increased by 21% in 2024, the platform invitation coverage increased by 36%, the measurement and mine clearance coverage increased by 31%, and the quotation review increased by 27%.
Specifically, Tubatu's measurement and mine clearance business further expanded its service coverage in 2024, and the on-site explanation of the "mine clearance master" can help users effectively avoid pitfalls and greatly increase the users' trust in the decoration enterprises. The data statistics of the company show that the store arrival rate of the platform's cooperative decoration enterprises is 1.9 times higher than that of non-mine clearance, and the signing rate is 2.1 times higher than that of non-store arrival.
In addition, regarding the topic of Chinese enterprises going global that has been hotly discussed in the past two years, Wang Guobin also told 36Kr that the company will carefully consider the overseas market and has visited many countries. Going global in home decoration requires cooperation with local better enterprises, understanding the target market, and exerting the advantages of the supply chain. It may arrange to go global at an appropriate time in the future.
