36Kr has learned that the large model robot company - Beijing Xiaoyu Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xiaoyu Intelligent Manufacturing") has completed a 100 million yuan Series A round of financing.

This round of financing is exclusively invested by Beijing Information Industry Development Investment Fund. This is the second time that Xiaoyu Intelligent Manufacturing has obtained financing at the 100 million yuan level after obtaining 100 million yuan investment in the angel round from Xiaomi Group, Professor Wang Tianmiao, and Beijing Institute of Intelligent Sources.

"Xiaoyu Intelligent Manufacturing" was founded in 2023 by the core founding team of Xiaomi Group, focusing on the development of large model robot technology applicable to the industrial field, creating a "general brain" for robots that can adapt to various tasks.

In terms of the team, the founder of "Xiaoyu Intelligent Manufacturing", Qiao Zhongliang, as one of the initial members of Xiaomi, once served as the head of MIUI research and development; the co-founder, Wang Wenlin, formerly served as the general manager of Xiaomi Software System Platform Department, and led the development of "Xiaomi Brain". The core team members are from Xiaomi, Microsoft, Huawei, ByteDance, etc.

In terms of products, "Xiaoyu Intelligent Manufacturing" has developed the "Xiaoyu Brain" general robot brain, enabling robots to perform various tasks in an industrial environment. Currently, "Xiaoyu Intelligent Manufacturing" has formed a set of independently developed robot large model solutions, with the main characteristics of high precision, high robustness, and high generalization.

According to the introduction, this set of solutions includes:

• Intelligent Perception and Decision-making Engine: Independently developed a set of general visual task models with dynamic resolution and multi-modal task decision-making models, which can achieve a 5-centimeter-level resolution for end-side robot navigation and a millimeter-level resolution for operations. In terms of landing applications, in July this year, "Xiaoyu Intelligent Manufacturing" and Panasonic announced an all-round strategic cooperation in the field of intelligent robots in non-standard industrial scenarios. The two sides will jointly expand the intelligent welding robot market using large model technology to create easy-to-use and efficient intelligent welding robot products for customers.
