HardcoreKr has learned that Shenzhen Nuoshi Robot Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Nuoshi Robot") recently completed an angel round of financing of tens of millions of yuan. This round of financing is jointly led by Chengwei Capital, K2VC, and Plug and Play China. Fenghe Capital serves as the long-term strategic financial advisor. The funds will be used for product delivery, business expansion, and talent recruitment.

"Nuoshi Robot" was established in July 2023. The company focuses on the design, production, and manufacturing of planetary roller screws and supporting actuator modules. It has set up a research and development center in Shenzhen and has a production and manufacturing base in Shanghai.

The founder, Xu Yang, graduated with a master's degree in Mechanical Manufacturing from Tongji University. Together with the co-founder, Wang Xiaobin, who used to work in a Fortune 500 automotive parts company, they possess a world-class enterprise management perspective and experience. The co-founder, Wang Xiaobin, is a successive successful entrepreneur who once led a start-up team from scratch to the Pre-IPO stage. The core technical member of the founding team and the well-known expert in the thread technology field, Professor Xu Genlin, used to be a professor at Shanghai University. He has been deeply engaged in the field of mechanical manufacturing technology for nearly 50 years, with both theoretical and practical production experience.
